Order was incorrect and I was discriminated against by Micah and Maddie.... Attempted to return a Cobb salad regarding eggs missing at window they asked that I pull forward, and brought same salad back out to me saying eggs were there! I requested they remake or issue a refund politely, simply because we had just passed this salad back and forth, dressing was on the salad and I didn't know if they just threw the eggs on there...They refused....I sat outside and called corporate....read full review
I got food poisoning from this location last night. I’m so sick I have to miss work. Chick fil a is dead to me.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend using this Chick Fil A location. I had originally ordered with the Chick Fil A location on Princeton Rd. in February 2022 to cater for my wedding in May 2022. I ordered 215 sandwiches and two large chicken nugget platters and was told it would be $797 with delivery. I found out the week of my wedding that the Princeton Rd. location was closed and that the West Chester location would be completing my order.
