I have only been to a KFC once and that was today - and her treatment of me made me think I should go back and try the food. Please make sure you treat employees like this as well as they've treated me. Also, the Sweet Lightning with Cranberry goes unreasonably hard.“

“I ordered the flounder sandwich last night.
I ordered the original with tartar sauce.
When I got it home it was the fiery version and the sauce wasn’t tartar. I couldn’t eat it.
How difficult is it to follow what customers ask for.“

“Pam placed my order for my family and was very nice, present with our conversation, kind and polite.
Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.

Today, 8/9/24, Kelly took the initiative to check in on my mobile in store pick up order. She was very nice and polite.

All of these lovely ladies are the reason we come back to this location specifically. We are from Ross, OH. Please be sure these lovely ladies know how appreciated they are.“

“I order 25 box meals and donut holes for my son's volleyball team and they loved it! The manager, Jerry, was friendly and provided the complimentary donut holes. We haven't had a bad meal or bad service.“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“
