Today we went to eat there. They are charging a tip all at once. And the cashier says that we have been there 4 times and that we left it very dirty, she said that she doesn't get paid for cleaning and she said that we will never come back. Like I ate there for free. Lost client

I ordered 6 orders of pupusas to go and when I arrived to pick them up they were still not ready, I waited there for about 40 minutes apart from the time they told me in which they would be ready 30 minutes and the truth is they were not so busy that it would take that long and I asked the girl again and she told me that she was going to check and the pupusas had already been ready for a while, the truth is very bad of her for not being on the lookout and waiting so long and after she arrived at my house I realized They didn't give me any sauce or tanning. The staff lacks more organization.
