“We ate at Caruso’s for the first time July 3, 2024. My wife and I thought our meals were 5 star, delicious! She had the Chicken Marsala and I had the Rigatoni Rustica. “Been going here for years. Knew the old owners he passed away a few years ago and we talked last year when she was going to sell. Our biggest concern is they would do away with the old ovens. She assured us that she had that discussion with the new owners and they were going to keep the old ovens. Well that didn't happen. We stopped there the other night and the pizza is still decent but not like it used to be. They cut back on the ingredients and unlike the old ovens there is no salt on the deck when they cook it. I am 66 years old and been eating cassano's pizza for 55 of those years. Sad to see the change.“
