“My order is usually correct, but not always hot. I used to be the GM for the original Brookwood Wendy's. As a former Wendy's manager, I expect excellence! I am forgiving of mistakes, they happen, but can be corrected properly with genuine empathy and sympathy. Poor attitude and luke warm food are unacceptable! There are a lot of reviews that agree with me about cold food, service and employee attitude. What's going on Drew? Have you stopped training and demanding the best from your employees? That's not the Drew I remember. I'm just a customer now, but that makes me your boss. I'm surprised that this is acceptable to you. Get it together bud, I know you're better than this!“
“Friendly staff and food was all fresh and tasty. Clean dinning area and wasnt overly busy at the time I stopped but was before usual rush hours on a Sunday. I was out om my motorcycle that day as well and was treated very courteous as I would expect of a professional staff which isnt always the case at some places ive been while riding. So hats off to them for being biker friendly on a Sunday no less.“
“I went through this location yesterday around 5:00. It was probably one of the best double cheeseburgers I've ever had it any Wendy's location the salad was awesome that I ordered the frosties were great and a chicken wrap that I got was really packed also that cheeseburger had a lot of extra onions and everything on it it was just a great trip through Wendy's yesterday.
I hope this same crew is there the next time I stop there!!!“
