I had such a horrible experience at Chick-fil-A today that I know I’ll never be able to go back. An employee named Howard talked about me like I was a piece of trash when I received the wrong order at the drive-thru. I wasn’t able to get a replacement for my order because breakfast had ended. I'm not picky, I would have gladly eaten the mistaken order if I could have, but it contained an item I'm allergic to.
