“Cute coffee place we stopped at to start off our weekend vacation. I got the iced Mango Matcha, unsweetened, really good! A nice subtle mango flavour that adds some freshness to the matcha. My mom liked it and she's not a big fan of matcha. She got the hot Leprechaun with oatmilk, half sweet, and she loved it. Would recommend!“

“Findlay Tim Hortons deserves praise!!!! I stopped by Tim Horton’s yesterday to pick up a bagel and coffee. I paid with a $20 and change and should have received &15 back, but I got distracted and drove off without my change. The drive thru staff immediately took that money to the manager and stated they didn’t think it was intended as a tip and set it aside. When I stopped in today they had it in an envelope in the office waiting for me! This team deserves praised for their honesty and AMAZING service! I definitely recommend stopping in and supporting this great store and team!“

“We had a function with almost 600 teachers in Findlay. Angie Briggs from Bigby Coffee and her staff delivered all of the coffee and set ups we needed. It was hot, fresh and delicious. Friendly delivery as well. Stop in to Bigby for a good cup of coffee!“

“I came in and everyone was very nice to me. My drink was made quickly and came with excellent food. Emma was very sweet and friendly despite it being somewhat busy and stressful at the time. I enjoyed my experience a lot at this starbucks, it’s much quicker and nicer than the Tiffin store when it comes to service and cleanliness.“
