Always a pleasure to come here for a quick grab to eat. They address you as miss/mister, unexpectedly polite thing to say, whether or not they're forced to say so! I always ask for them to super-soak my sandwich with their vinaigrette and they're spot on when I say so bc I just love the taste of it soaked into my bread! The place looks clean, and they're just as freaky fast when they make it, like other Jimmy John's ?

My mom n I come thru there alot, every single time I'm distraught by the actions of a certain male employee. 1st cut me off while ordering, yelled at me cuz I told him I had free bag of chips, literally threw my bag out the window thankfully I caught it and he then slammed the door. Name of employee is in my receipt. I always write positive reviews but this has happened on numerous occasions.
