The ice cream he is better than average. However their lactose friendly options are severely lacking, I only had one option. Which kind sucked. But it's hard to complain when the rest of the United States doesn't care about that. Oh well. I would go again, nothing about it makes me dislike it. Just wish there were more options considering the only thing they sell is ice cream. They're kind of losing out in a ton of business from others like me whom are more picky.
Very disappointed with my experience. I have to drive 30 miles to even get this ice cream. Ordered my ice cream and she started making it with the wrong flavor. I corrected her and thought she put the right one in it. Turns out it was not the right one. Last time I came they didn't have chocolate peanut butter. It is the only flavor I like so I didnt get it either. Very very disappointing!!!

We happen to like Baskin Robbins Hot Fudge sauce, but the quality of their ice cream does not compare to Graeter’s. That being said, they would NOTsell me a container of only their sauce, even when I offered to pay for a sundae made with only hot fudge!
