“The female employee on the phone could have been more rude if she tried. I got the impression my call in order was a major inconvenience for her. Shame on me for asking her a question about portion sizes and prices. Then I really put her out by asking for the total cost. I also heard her snap at the cook about the order. Maybe a restaurant or any public facing job isn’t the best fit for her. Poor representation/first impression of this restaurant.“

“I don’t care about the way the Restaurant Looks. I only care about the food and they have always given great service and great food. I’ve only had one issue with the veggie eggrolls Were missing from my order, I called as soon as I realize that and they put it under my phone number to receive it. The next time I placed an order.
All I can say is if people have an issue with their order they need to call them and talk to him and give them a chance to make it right.“
