“Went thru drive-thru fast friendly service. The food was fresh and hot. The employee was nice and courteous. My only complaint is the drop coming out of there back onto the road. If you drive a car or anything that sits low, your vehicle will drag on the pavement.“

“To me, all Arby's are alike. They serve consistently delicious food. Most restaurants are clean, but the one in Marion on Rt. 95 often has leftover debris on tables. Though customers are expected to pick up after themselves, many leave with their tables and seats sticky or with ketchup or salt left smeared on the table. There is usually 1 to 2 people set up with their laptops.

Parking: Parking is available on both sides of the building with doors on both sides.

Kid-friendliness: Kids seem happy there. TV is always on.

Wheelchair accessibility: When I see 1 person trying to navigate a person in a W/C through a single door, then the entryway, and then another single door, they always struggle. I like to help, so I leave our conversation at the table and help the soul who is struggling with the W/C.“

“According to the website KFC Galion is open until 10pm.
(Probably true when it’s not New Year’s Day and should have called. But was my fault 100%for not checking.)
We ordered at 8:30 for an order to be picked up at 9. We arrived at 9:10 marquee lights off one car in the lot and told they were closed at the drive through. When I told the lady we were picking up a to go order she was so nice. Our order was there still hot and ready to go. She said she tried to call(we ordered on the app) but we forgot phone at home.
Absolutely awesome employee and she deserves a raise!“

“galion pizza hut rules. I have had a really crappy day, and decided to order pizza for dinner, and decided pizza hut needed a chance and they knocked it out of the park. they delivered my order, and forgot the wings. I went to call the store, and while on the phone with them, another driver showed up with the missing wings! then I went to get me a slice of pizza and they added pepperoni to a pizza i didnt order it on! score!!!! galion pizza hut won me over tonight. thanks for making my crappy day 100×s better“

“I eat Subway quite often and the workers here are very friendly and polite, with the exception of one woman, whom I had the misfortune of having her make my sandwich. I'm unsure of her name but she presented a poor attitude and extreme lack of customer service. She claimed to have been working for Subway for the better part of a decade. I believe she was in her thirties, possibly 40 ish , yet she failed to know how to use the toaster properly or the amount of meat that goes on each sandwich. I asked her a question about my sandwich and she was extremely rude in her response, kind of like a "know it all" even if they don't kind of person. As for the rest of the employees they are all wonderful people they smile, they are polite, and seem to take pride in their work. That one rude person makes me not want to return to the Galion Subway, even though I've been a frequent return customer, and I always tip well. It's individuals like her who ruin ones "experience" when going out to eat, and diminish a company's return business.
