Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. “We were looking for a last minute cake for the 2 year old in our life. This bakery was recommended a while ago on a Facebook page so I thought we’d give it a try after looking at what they offered. The staff was amazing and made sure they asked if it was for a birthday. They put a chocolate ‘Happy Birthday’ candy on top and gave us candles, a cake cutter and matches. Really a thoughtful gift to help celebrate her birthday. She LOVED the chocolate cloud cake since it mixed her favorites both berries and chocolate. We can’t wait to go back and try the other yummy options.“

Perfect for making sandwiches and fills you up because there are actually ingredients in it instead of air. The dated Brad and dated cookies actually taste better than the retail products that you buy in ordinary grocery stores. The little birthday cakes are truly a showstopper. “One of my favorite coffee spots in Columbus. Love their iced lattes -- the espresso has a very good, nutty flavor and they have delicious syrups made in house. I didn't like the seasonal cookie milk latte because it was very sweet (maybe just too sweet for me) and had a rich flavor that I didn't enjoy. I highly recommend getting an iced latte with half syrup if you're anything like me. Try the honey or the ube syrup!

Also, its a small place but if you go before or after peak times (or during the week) you've got a good chance of snagging one of the tables!“

It was a very hot day, and after walking about 10 minutes in the heat to get here, one of the staff members kindly offered me a cup of ice water without me even asking. “We decided to have lunch at a taco truck but went inside the La Michoacana to eat instead. We received the basket of chips with 2 salsas, red and green, and waited for our food. They did not disappoint. The shrimp tostada had jumbo shrimp and beautiful, large slices of avocado. The shrimp had been marinated in something delicious. I never would have ordered this for myself until i tasted my friends. The tacos carnitas was presented with lime wedges, which i squeezed onto the tacos, and an abundance of cilantro. I put some of the red, less spicy, salsa on them and only would i change that there was no sour cream. Sour cream would have made this dish complete. Overall we had a wonderful, authentic lunch for much cheaper than say El Vaquero.“
