Her personality improved when I ordered a beer. The bread was fantastic and did not last long. She picked up the bread plate and said that didn't last long. She did not offer more. Usually, wait staff offers additional bread. During her next visit, I asked for more bread. She did bring it. Food was excellent, but the server was not very friendly. Hate to sound petty, but we have had excellent food and service there for years.“

“We go to Bourbon's all the time. For the last 2 years it has been our go to dinner location when we want to eat out. Everything is delicious our favorites are the grippos and truffle Gouda burger with a worthy mention of their chicken tenders, but we haven't had anything that was bad. They also have amazing cocktails! We held our wedding rehearsal dinner here and they decorated the other side of the restaurant and had personalized menus. This is an amazing restaurant with amazing and caring staff! We've never had a bad experience! Bonus: their leftovers are just as good heated up in the air fryer!“

Our coffees were never even the slightest bit empty they were always full. Our waters were always full. She put up with our somewhat fussy order with a smile and made it come out wonderfully. I just wanted you guys to know that you have a fantastic employee that went above and beyond To make a strangers experience fantastic I had never been there before and would highly recommend the restaurant based on my experience because of the waitress!! “I want to thank Manager C. Vance for inviting me to a second opportunity to try the Applebee’s sirloin steak. Unfortunately my medium rare sirloin was only slightly better than the first. The issue with both sirloins was the tough stringy gristle found throughout the meat. Flavor was good but you have to be very careful not to get choked because the meat just doesn’t want to separate while chewing it. Despite this negative I do recommend Applebee’s, just know it’s not a steakhouse. I look forward to returning and trying the other items on the menu. Again thank you for the excellent customer service from both you and the entire staff.“

“Great food and environment, only took 2 stars off for service because I ordered traditional wings with ranch and was delivered boneless with blue cheese. Nothing major to complain about especially with a team of some sort in there as well. By the time I was asked how everything was it would have taken too long to wait for traditional wings so I just took the boneless.“
