“I wasn’t planning on spending several hours at The Federal tonight, but life had other ideas.

I had just gotten out of a difficult situation, was waiting for an overnight bus, and my phone was almost dead. Justin, the manager, didn’t know me from Adam, but he handed me a charger and gave me a place to sit and recharge—both my phone and myself.

Over the next few hours I watched this place go from quiet to absolutely packed. The staff kept things moving, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone seemed to be having a great time.

It’s easy to judge a business by the food or drinks. I judge places by how they treat people, especially when they don’t have to. Justin and his team showed genuine kindness without expecting anything in return.

If you’re looking for a place with great energy, good people, and management that genuinely cares, The Federal has earned my recommendation. Thank you for helping a stranger on a day I’ll never forget!“

She got our food out in a timely manner as well! They just brought back the mushroom raviolis the other day, after having them gone for a month, and they were absolutely delicious!! “Antones is always a great choice when looking for a tasty meal. Today we had the loaded fried cheese Monday special and the Romano crusted chicken Alfredo. Our meals came with monkey salad (which barely made the picture as it was too good to not eat quickly) and bread with dipping oil. All items were great and I’d recommend just about everything on the menu. Aside from the fabulous food, the family memorabilia on the walls truly adds to the overall experience along with the quick and friendly service. This place is worth a trip and a great go to if you live in town.“

“I really want to love this place but I just can’t keep giving my money to a place that is so badly run. Drinks are never the same. Very inconsistent. Sometimes they are ok but sometimes it isn’t mixed correctly or they put the wrong amount of ingredients in or it’s just missing something altogether. I order the same drink and it’s never the same. I don’t understand how this happens. It’s been getting worse. Does anyone there ever taste the products they are making to make sure they are correct or taste good ? I shouldn’t have to keep asking for my drink to be remade every time. And then it still isn’t right. At $7 for a smoothie it’s just throwing money away going here. Employees are mostly teenagers that just don’t seem to care or maybe they just aren’t trained properly. Very sad because this could be a great place, but it’s just managed poorly. I used to get 2-3 drinks a day for me and my family but I just can’t waste money here anymore I sent an email to corporate and didn’t receive any reply. I hope they get better.“

However, I called the store and told them of the situation and that I am quarantined. The girl on the phone was so sweet and had another sweet employee deliver my food in great time. I am very appreciative of the great service. I didn't catch either girls' names for the phone and delivery, but thank you so much !! They even added a second cookie to my order and the Mac was delighted as always. Great customer service. Thank you, again!!“
