“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“I’ve been here a couple times and absolutely loved it. It’s a good place to get a hearty breakfast and a good cup of coffee. The food is good, the service is outstanding and despite the place being a bit cramped at time it’s cozy. I particularly recommend this one thing I had that I think was called the Flying Pig. It was ham and swiss on french toast, and while that sounds weird it was absolutely delicious. Definitely check this place out if you can.“

“Last time we came here we had a gift card for Oakley kitchen, and the man working at the time (April 16th 2024 actually) did sketches and drawings and was super nice, (also the burgers are phenomenal) he figured out how to use the gift card perfectly fine and even rung us up a second time for another order. We came again today and they suddenly can’t take the gift card, it’s a 100 dollar gift card and there’s only four places even open here with fat Al’s being one of the two places we’re interested in. Really dissapointing as it was used perfectly fine the last time TWICE and we drove half an hour to get here specifically for their burgers. The manager was on the phone and said they were one of the last people to switch to using a card (or something like that??) but again it worked last time we came so that doesn’t make any sense :/ our visit today was on 4/30/24.“

“We came here for dinner one mid-week evening before taking a stroll through Summit Park. You can definitely show up dressed comfortably/casually, but they have pretty decent ambiance, suitable for some weekend fun. We weren't super intrigued by the menu; it was a little less extensive than I'd hope from a place like this, mostly heavier options, and maybe not a ton of things I'd order next time. For me, the mussels far exceeded my expectations. That broth was heavenly, the bread was soft and perfect for soaking up the great flavors, the mussels themselves were very abundant, and had okay freshness. My lady said her burger was mediocre. She tried both the truffle fries and duck fat fries and was disappointed by both. I've never seen her not eat fries before, so that says a lot! Service was good overall. I'd come back for those mussels any day, but not quite as excited to dig deeper into the menu. I wouldn't deter anybody from giving them a try, especially if out enjoying the park on a nice day.“

Come to find out even after I'd reserved the tables 2 weeks ago & confirmed on Facebook they don't do reservations & don't have enough space even for that many people. so frantically searching for a place to go for everyone, we showed up at Third Eye where they immediately told us after everything that they would absolutely take care of us. On a busy Saturday night, during their 1 year anniversary party they put us all in a private back room & completely took care of us. Absolutely saved the day!“

Today I had a really bad day and the gentleman who took my order showed me an act of kindness that really lifted my spirits. “On 2-7-25 I ordered at drive thru. I waited for them to bring out my order. 4 cars behind me got their order.I went inside to find out where my order was. Asst Mgr Barb, without missing a beat continued filling orders, asked if they had my order.When she got no answer, she asked one of the cooks to make my sandwich.She asked another co-worker if she had coupons. Once my order was ready, she sincerely apologized for the and gave me my food and the coupon. I told her I was impressed with how she made things happen and took care of the situation. “Very sweet waitress we went at about 530 and got sat right away which was lovely and we got the pretzels with beer cheese as an appetizer, cooked to perfection I highly recommend! Then I got the tavern burger which is smaller and filled me up with out wasting food and he got the mushroom swiss burger that was extremely messy in all the right ways. Delicious food for a great price and everything came quick and hot. We were able to take a walk around the area and still make it to our movie. Perfect date night dinner place“
