I only wish they would bring your food to you so you don't have to miss part of the movie.“

“pros and cons. CONS.. If you were to base your visit on first checking out the cleanliness of the bathrooms before you eat, you'd turn around and leave. The men's room in the basement needs so much work and the multiple colonies of gnats was like visiting the basement of college kids from a party and cans and spilled beer have never been cleaned up. Horrible condition. The ladies refused to even look at theirs. Booths are small and tight. Definitely an old building, but it's kind of cool with its history. PROS... Those were some really really good burgers. Wife got the Ali and I got the Old School. Burgers are huge and easily splitable. We tried this after friends suggested the burgers and we were not disappointed. Onion rings were too greasy for us, but the fries and homemade chips were great. Alll and all, it's definitely an option to eat again when in town.“

Extremely tasty with the right balance of crumbles and b’fflo sauce. Great w/seasoned fries or house chips. Make sure to have a pint of the Kroenburg 1664 pints to wash it down. “A local pub with the same owners for over 30 years. Very friendly and easy to make friends. They are known for their subs. Also, has local bands and other events throughout the week. Great place to watch OSU football. If you have never been there, you are missing out on one of the best local bars in Columbus

“The Oracle is one of my favorite bars in the city. I love the occult atmosphere, and when you walk in, it doesn't smell like booze, it smells like old books! I love that! During the warmer months I encourage you to visit the back yard there. The drinks are phenomenal, and I just cant say enough good things about this place.“

“We ordered the chicken and waffles, a Baileys Irish coffee, and a side of bacon. The waffle was amazing the only thing was it may have been maybe sitting under a light for a while becuase there was a portion of it that was crispy like chips, I didn't care for that at all. The coffee was lukewarm, and my bacon was overcooked. But the reason i gave them 5 stars is because the service was SUPERB! We were visiting and didn't know of any places to go so we asked the waitress and they took their time and gave us a list of a couple places we could visit in the city and to me that in itself was awesome. Also the waitress removed the overcooked bacon and the lukewarm coffee from my tab, when she noticed that I didn't eat it, without me even having to ask, although I wouldn't have, I would've just paid for it. This place was clean and it was absolutely, for us, worth it.“

Dicks Den became the "secret getaway" for myself and my friends looking for a relaxing bar with a good environment without the insanity of a bar full of drunk toddler college students. Dicks Den is the place, the bartenders are friendly and the live music is always great! Great place to have a couple drinks and share good memories with friends!“

“It's a lot smaller than I thought. The bartender was super friendly and served us fast. There's not much to do besides drink and hang out on the patio. There was a lot of riffraff in the parking lot. But I noticed that people were meeting in the parking lot. I had never seen them inside. Some guys were super rude, throwing candy at females and disrespecting them at the end of the night. We had to leave early because of the situation.“

We once won a mini cornhole game which is the cutest thing. I also had to grab some things from Kroger so my husband and I stopped in here for our first time to give it a try.First thing we noticed upon coming in we were pleasantly greeted. “I visited here from out of town, this was prepandemic and the bar was amazing. We had several people that were at the bar, and a few that walked up ro order. The bar was busy, but there was very little wait time, and the bartender was very accommodating.Would recommend this bar to anyone who enjoys a great atmosphere and friendly staff. “This bar epitomizes the home town old school vibe(this bar has been in business since the 1930's)! Punky and Aggie behind the bar are pure awesomeness! I am from Cleveland and always look for old school bars when I travel. This bar is one of the best I ever stopped into. Aggie today (has been here 13+ years) had homemade deviled eggs and pickled eggs with beets. Amazing! Literally one of the best bars I have ever been into during the day! Holler!!!“
