Healthy food is abundantly advertised nowadays, however, Alfie's is a CLEAR standout when it comes to QUALITY. Whether it's the Salads, the Sammies, or the Snacks, you truly get quality in every bite/sip! I've made it routine to come and see my peeps as often as possible! (soon I'll memorize everyone!) “We kind of discovered Elliot's through pure serendipity. We were in the downtown Newark area looking for a new place to eat and my wife was not having much luck finding anything on her phone. I just randomly pulled into a vacant parking slot so that I could take a shot and when I looked up Elliot's was right in front of us. We decided it was fate and walked in. We were met with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and prompt service. Although they specialize in pizza, we are not the types that order pizza when we go out, so I opted for the street tacos (two fish and two shrimp) while my wife ordered the Philly sandwich. The beer selection was amazing and we walked out feeling like we had lucked into a gem of a dining experience. Since then, we have been to the locations in Pataskala and New Albany on several occasions and so far we have not been disappointed. Lately, I have been going with the Steakhouse Salad which is totally delicious. Price is commiserate with the overall dining experience. If you haven't tried Elliot's yet I strongly encourage you to do so.“

“I stayed at the DoubleTree which is attached to the restaurant. I did carry-out. I got the meatloaf griller with Parmesan herb fries and brussel sprouts. They were all very delicious. I topped off my meal with a piece of their carrot cake. The carrot cake had caramel drizzle and whipped cream with a candied pecan on top. It was very rich! I spent $34 on the meal.The restaurant itself is a bar style set up with a few booths.There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel as well.“

“I am a 76 year old guy who has been eating lunch at the Honey Baked Ham Store in Heath Ohio for many years. I use to stop in for lunch breaks when I was working, and now that am retired I stop in even more often. To me it is one of the best places in town to go for lunch. Their sandwiches are always fresh, made to order, delicious, and their sides, like potato salad, are great as well. The eating area is very relaxing and maybe the cleanest I’ve ever been in. I have to also mention, the service is great. Nessa and Jackie are always polite, and eager to take your order as well as deliver your food. If you’re looking for a quiet little place to relax, which is what I like to do, and have lunch, I highly recommend the Honey Baked Store in Heath Ohio. It doesn’t get any better!“

“We love this place! We have always received excellent service and great food. The spinach dip and shrimp boat appetizers are the best. The steaks have a nice light char and tender. I also enjoy the salmon dinner. The combo meals are plenty to eat and I think very well priced. We highly recommend this place.“

“Friday my daughter & I both had our first Papa Boos experience! 🤩🤩 Alysa and Skye were our servers (sorry if I spelled your names wrong) they were super! Food was BOMB! 🤤 View was to die for! We went home and promptly told my husband we needed to go up once the kids got out of school! 🥰“

Green beans were a touch salty.
I got it to go, so I'm not sure about atmosphere.
But the order was ready and they were nice giving it to me.

“Best customer service ever. while there tonight, we had Ricky as our server, at first he seemed a little nervous with us, I'm not sure if he's new to the job, or had a not so good table before us, but he eventually warmed up to us, started joking with us, kept up on refills, checked in multiple times with us. towards the end of our meal, he asked if we wanted anything else, jokingly i said "a winning lottery ticket" as its very common to say when asked that. Ricky says "hold on a minute" grabs his wallet from his pocket, and hands me a winning scratch off lottery ticket. This is the first time ever with a long history of dining out that I have seen this happen. Ricky you are THE MAN, and if this review actually gets read by your management team, you deserve a raise!“

“My family absolutely loves Texas Roadhouse in Newark. The kids were so excited to go there tonight. My daughter and I both always order the 6oz and 8oz sirloin and my little one orders the bites. We were very disappointed to find out after our order came out that they were completely out of A1. We always eat A1 with our steak. My steak had zero seasoning. Yes I could have sent it back but for personal reasons that is not an option for me. The manager happen to come around as I was boxing up all our steak and was very apologetic and said that their shipment must have not arrived. I totally understand that things are delayed but we would have ordered something else if we had known.“

“As a member of the Guernsey Valley Old Car Club, I visited the restaurant today and enjoyed my meal. My only complaint was that the music, (I grew up in a musical family), was too loud for us to have much of a conversation during our visit. I will still definitely come back again.“

“Haven't been to an Applebee's in a while and I was wanting something different. Got the combo sampler thing if appetizers. They tasted fine but after a few bites I didn't feel very well and couldn't get myself to eat any more even though I was just super hungry a moment ago. I ended up taking it home but not eating any more of it. Severs kept getting our tables mixed up. I ended up trying 2 specialty drinks. The dracula tasted off. Maybe too much lime juice or something but it wasn't great. The zombie was amazing.“

“We go out of our way 35 minutes from where we live at to visit this one that gives you so much more food than our local 1 does the grilled chicken look so much better bigger fatter pieces and they've never messed up on our order at this place. Tonight I want to thank the manager for fixing an error. I had put in an online order this afternoon called to change the pick up time to 4pm. got there and It wasn't ready someone overlooked the order. but the manager fixed it ...we got home our order was perfectly done. thank you! I highly recommend this location“

“We were so glad to hear that Pappy's Pizza was BACK!!!! When the original place closed, I was devastated! That Pappy's great flavor ruined my taste for any other pizza joint! Now that they are back, we will continue to make that trip from Columbus to Heath instead of wasting our money on local, mediocre pizza!

I do wish they would keep up their FB page. That is an easy way for customers to spread the good word!
