“This was my first visit to white Castle. My husband grew up on White Castle and we couldn't resist their 10/$7.99 deal. He relived some childhood memories with me and I enjoyed the clam strips and onion petals. Not sure I have his enthusiasm regarding this establishment but it wasn't a bad experience.“

“Good and hot 5yrs ago I reviewed..but just the other day in a semi truck ..lobby closed but staff was greatfully willing to serve me as a walk up to the window and gave me zero sh?t and let me order on foot. I'm greatfull for Marcos( I hope I got your name right) he was awesome and reassured me he would serve me even though they were understaffed and had to close the dining room. As a truck driver I knew I could fit in the street to park to go there ... I was so bummed the dinning room was closed but he still made a great sandwich and made my day after dealing with daily selfish drivers on the road. Any trucks rolling 16 in Granville Ohio hit up this Arby's. Even full sleepers can get spun around and walk over. And you don't have to pay truck stop prices...?♥️?????“

“Careful going in and out of the dining room on the drive thru pay and pick up side cause you are right in the driving lane.
I like this place a lot but the manager in the evening made a bad call to yell at an employee in the dining room with customers nearby. That's why there's an office.“

“Sorry to say that you missed the mark on the fish sandwich it doesn't look like the advertisement. It's just like any other fish sandwich around. There is one place that has a good fish sandwich, but they're too oily or greasy. But arby's, you missed the mark on this one.“

“Chicken sandwich was good, but pretty spicy. Nice crispy coating on large pieces of chicken breast meat. Preferred the mac and cheese over the fries. Looks like the tasty menu is for breakfast which is served until 2 pm. We will try that next time. Oh, and can't forget the cheerwine soda!“

“We were in the area (Heath, OH) and decided to get quick lunch. The place is fairly clean and the food was good considering it's kinda fast food and cheap fare. Our cashier Alex just stood up the most. He was kind, patient and informative (we haven't eaten Fazoli in 5-6 years). He takes his job seriously and you can see that. We really appreciate his service.“

“Never heard of this place before and happened to see it dropping off my taxes. Decided to try it out and the lady there was super nice and friendly! The smoothie was also really good and it didn't take that long to wait. Will definitely be going back again!“

“The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. The staff were very friendly and polite. I recommend the Chipotle Steak Cheese Steak. They also serve Pepsi products.

“By and large, Wendy’s has a better hamburger than McDonald’s. Have been going to the Buckeye Lake Ohio Wendy’s for 25+ years. Today was a first. I had not eaten in the dining room since before Covid. I usually get drive thru but my husband and I decided to eat in today. What a terrible disappointment. I wanted to place a separate take out order so my husband got the straws and napkins and got a table while I waited on my salad to take home. There were only 2 other tables of people so the store was not that busy. The store was dirty with food all over the floor. When I complained, I was told that they are under construction. I told them that food all over the floor is not construction related. One trash can was over-flowing and there was no place to put your garbage. They were out of spoons in the dining room so I had to ask for spoons for our frosties. There was no ketchup in the dining room so I had to go back and ask for ketchup. My second trip to the counter, I asked if there was a manager around. The cashier pointed to a lady. She looked in my direction and then turned her back and walked away. This is the worse experience I have ever had at this store in the 25+ years I have been going there. I’m so disappointed. But yes I would still recommend Wendy’s food.“

“Our food was good but how come we don’t get a receipt when we do thru the drive thru? We use gift cards and that’s how I keep track what’s on my gift card! Plus why to they add hot spices to their pecans that they include for their salads?“
