food was amazing I will come again
I am extremely concerned about food and employee safety at the Massillon Rd. location during this pandemic. I should also say that I am not a "Karen" and have never written a bad review. I an genuinely concerned. FIVE (yes, all 5 who were visible! Not "just" one or two to get a breath of air) employees were not covering their noses and mouths properly with masks. NONE of the employees in the food service line, food prep area, or at the cash register had their noses and mouths...read full review
THEY HAVE BUGS!!
Cockroach was by the register, employee saw it and said “woah, a huge bug!” Then told me this happens all the time. Emailed management and all she could say was “oh I didn’t know.” Definitely won’t be back!
