“The lady who runs the drive thru in the weekday mornings cannot handle more than one car at a time. If there is someone at the window, she will ask you to wait then leave her microphone live while you listen to her check that person out and give them their food (even if there is a hold on food) and then she will take your order.

On the plus side, she is super nice.“

“(updated 8/30/26) I have been coming here a lot more recently the last 3 weeks specifically in the morning on my way to work. I usually get the same thing which is a egg and sausage croissant without cheese in which I normally order through the app. However the last 3 weeks I've been coming here more frequently half of my visits they get my order on and add cheese on it. This morning when I went through the drive-thru again because my order was wrong they handed me a new one within about 5 seconds which still had cheese on it. This leads me to believe that instead of actually making me a sandwich without cheese on it they must have grabbed one from a ready container where it was already pre-made. I know that fast food places have stuff like that for customers that order a popular food items without modifications. However whoever is in the kitchen putting these orders together is clearly not checking if a order has any modifications such as no cheese or something else. I'm normally not one or two leave reviews at fast food places because I understand what you pay for is what you get and I've never had high standards for fast food places to begin with.

Some of their food items I think are actually pretty good especially the breakfast items and it's very convenient when I'm in a rush in the morning for work and just need to have some food on the road. If some of these employees want higher wages that many fast food workers seem to complain about then they can start by getting my order right consistently or at least on a 90% basis instead of only half the time.

Because of the distance to where I live and the convenience I will still probably continue to go here but if this keeps on happening I do plan on addressing it to the manager. I used to work in food service I was never a fan of it however looking at the order on the screen in making sure that that is what the customer is actually receiving is not that difficult. Especially when it's about 40 minutes after they open in the morning when there's hardly any other people there ordering food.

(Edit) Since I made this review about 2 months ago I would say I have visited a total of about 6 times and every single order has been correct, I'm not sure if they saw my review and made changes but things haven't proved which is awesome.“
