“Stopped in for breakfast at about 10a. Received warm greetings moving through the drive thru from both ladies. Ordered a BAC Croissant & apple juice box. The food was amazing. The sandwich was freshly made to order. The juice box was cold! The temp, taste, pace, and service 10/10. Thank you to the food service workers who come to work with positive attitudes. These are the workers who push out good, clean food and positivity to the community.“
“Hands down my favorite location!They literally make you feel like you can “have it your way”Nice people on the drive thru intercom is highly appreciated.I appreciate great customer service and I feel that the staff at this location does a great job at properly managing the orders as well.I also appreciate that they mark the sandwich wraps properly to let you know if there is cheese on the burger or not. They even mark the outside of the sandwich wrapping if it has extra toppings, which is also appreciated.Thumbs up from me (:“
“This location was a pleasant surprise. I had given up on Burger King generally because of consistently bad experiences at poorly run restaurants. I know I am not alone in that feeling because the Burger King locations have been disappearing all over the north side. We stopped here on a nostalgic whim and it turned out to be a good decision. We got Whoppers, fries, and onion rings and enjoyed the food. Service was good. The dining area was clean although we decided to take ours to go. The drive through was busy and the staff was really working hard and efficiently to keep up. Too bad the fries are not what they used to be, but that's old news.“
“Placed a massive order for a dental office going away party! We called the day before and let the team members know we would be placing a big order and they were so helpful and nice about it. The day we picked it up, everything was ready when we came to pick it up. Everything was also accurate in the order! They exceeded our expectations and we will use them in the future.“

I was completely delighted and surprised in a great way when I walked into pick up my order, the person who helped me was Tae and he was so friendly and kind and helpful in a way that totally lifted my spirits! “On Jan 4th , '24, I was traveling by myself to Hillsboro Oh, CMH was my final stop. I had an health issue, and was assisted by the young man behind the Burger King counter who came over to check on me, as I'd fallen from a stool after purchasing a meal. I wasn't feeling well , hot & sweaty.Once he helped me get stabled, asked me I was ok, he said he'd get me someone to help.Mr. Terrence Poole came over, and I'm not sure about the wheel chair, but he also assisted me.He went to get assist, but later returned because he couldn't find anyone, to ask me if someone was waiting on me? Luck as it was my son was on the phone, had been cking on me...not planned...but for God!!!Mr. Poole on the clock, took time to make sure I got safely to my son by himself, pushing me in wheelchair, pulling my luggage and waiting at D3 exit intil my son arrived.Thank you is never enough sometimes, a hug and a handshake in today's time is risky, but worth it.However, I want to let management, and others around know there are great people who do care, and show kindness with humanity to others in time of need.Several people witnessed what happened, but when I looked around, only those two young men, the only ones who resacted. One man sat right there, and watched the whole incident, but left as they helped me.I went on with my travels bruised, sore and now home in GA.Yet I can't let this "good deed" by these two young men go unnoticed.I'm an everyday citizen, wife, mother, grandmother, and so thankful I'm in the presence to be with my family.Thank you again Mr. Poole and also the first young man who came to my rescue...RA.“
“Sometimes this location is a hit or miss but today I had to ask the cashier her name because Tia was the bomb she made me feel very welcomed she wasn’t rude she smiled and laughed and she made sure my food was dropped fresh I just loved her energy thank you Tia you made my day better then it was before“
“Burger king's are everywhere so why comment? Food is same? Not true but ok. Decor same...so why comment on this one? Its people. People make an environment. People make a moment. This particular BK working 12/30/25 afternoon shift made this day a special day of true people service for this rambling man. Kudos BK you made the a difference.“
“Judy did an amazing job taking my order! She was polite introducing herself by name and spoke slow and clear. Its been a long time since i didnt feel rushed like i was inconvenience the order taker by giving my order!!! Tonya gave my food at the next windows and was really nice as well! These ladies are amazing 👏 I forgot to ask for a receipt so I looked this BK up on Google just to make sure they get some recognition! In a world that's in a rush and is always having a bad day these ladies turn it around and I appreciate them very much!“
“Went here several times and I always get the same results. Always sucks. The lights to the restaurant turn off every day at 7pm it looks like someone took the lights out the bk sigh and looks closed.
Went here for the first time in a while and they gave me the wrong food no big deal. I went somewhere else. I have given be my money they messed up. So I called them and they said bring the food back so I did and they said they wpuld make it over and I said no I want the refund. They said no! So I left and have never been back.“
“The cleanest bk we've seen in a very long time. Staff is efficient with constant communication. The food was hot and fresh. We'll drive to this location instead of going to High Street bk. This is a good store. From the manager/supervisor on down, the the staff (which appears to exhibit good retention) is reliably friendly, professional, welcoming, super-fast. The dining area and bathrooms are consistently clean.
