“I just received a rude response from the cashier. I specified what I wanted in my order, she charged me more and told me she wouldn't give me a refund. It's okay if you don't have refunds, but next time pay more attention. She simply said bad words to me. I definitely do not recommend this branch. The lady didn't have a badge, but she has braids that are too long and nails that are too long to work in a food establishment.“

“Customer service was good, I am a bus operator and my stop is out there so I decided to give this place a try because of the ratings! The ratings are accurate! I got the chicken and broccoli bowl and it was very good! I was looking for them the next day, but they weren’t there and I was sad!? Give this place a try they won’t disappoint! “this was my first time here today. the chicken is fantastic I loved it. the man who was serving me was so nice and he made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend this place to everybody. I live in Etna and I will come down here and get this chicken anytime.“

“When we drove through for breakfast everyone working outside was so nice. Today we had a sweet girl named Shay who was so very helpful. Sometimes we eat inside, and everyone who works in this restaurant seems to really enjoy working there! Thank you, Jack & Polly“

“The Cane sauce is my favorite!!! The Texas toast is a strong second! for this location, the portions were too small for the price AND the chicken was so small that they could pass for chicken nuggets.“

“They have the best (Nashville Hot) chicken tenders, and the best collard greens around!! They have other really good sides too, but the greens stand out!! Highly recommended!!!! OH!!! Get their Hot Honey on the side. It's the best!!!“
