“Placed a pick up order yesterday evening for after a softball game and the game went longer than expected. Got there almost an hour later than I had told them and they were kind enough to make my order fresh again. No side eye looks, no grumpy faces, every one of the workers were just smiling and working. I felt bad for wasting food but they assured me that it was ok. Great crew“

“It had been many years since we had been to the Root Beer Stand so it was high time to come back. It had grown a fair amount since our last visit which was great to see. The place was really busy but they really are streamlined well and there was not a long wait time. There is a bit of indoor seating but a vast majority of the seating is at picnic tables outside around the area. Everything looked great all around the grounds although you must remember you are outside and there are a fair amount of bees around so beware of that. I had a footlong chili dog and fries which were excellent especially the chili dog. Also had to have a root beer float which was legendary as usual as their locally sourced root beer really is delicious. This is definitely an awesome place to go on a summer day for sure and it gets my highest recommendation.“

“I have been eating at the 747 Skyline since it opened and have never had a bad experience that was their fault. The food is always hot and fresh, the prices are typical with the market and I always leave satisfied. I read through the other reviews and can only think the other non-favorable reviews are either unrealistic or there was something else at play. This store is one of the best in the area. The staff would not disrespect anyone IMHO. I spend my money here because I know I will get good value for my dollars. I can go elsewhere and spend my money but I choose to spend it here.“

“We came for a school fundraising night and it was PACKED. They had a mile long drive thru line too. Somehow the staff all had smiles among the chaos! They operated like a well oiled machine. I'm sure it was a stressful night for them, but they killed it!“

“We were visiting the Cincinnati area, and wanted to try Skyline, we don't have them at home. The mix of simple ingredients, and unique combinations just work. Our server at this location was excellent. Everyone was friendly and we liked casual atmosphere with table service. The chili is unique and good flavor. If you are from out of town visit Skyline.“

“This is a weirdly placed location. Not only is signage missing from one part of the building making me almost think they weren't in business anymore, but they're tucked behind two other buildings.

This ultimately means you just kinda have to... Know this location exists?

Aside from that, food was good, service was fine. Seems the employees forgot about me for a moment despite being a bit slow but the manager promptly offered a drink as an apology.

Truth be told I wasn't even mad, I honestly hadn't been there that long at all. Only 5 minutes or so. I'd say great service though considering they acknowledged it and tried to make it right even though I was perfectly fine.“

“One of my favorite things in the world. Always what you expect and always satisfying. On my latest trip to Ohio I was able to squeeze in 4 trips to Skyline in 6 days! They had a limited time special on Mac and Cheese Skyline, I had to try. Will not need to do it again - too heavy and to creamy cheessey that you loose the taste of the chili. I have been ordering the Greek Salad to increase the health benefits of Skyline and it is great. Not too many tomatoes for a Greek salad but also not too many onions.“

They have amazingly awesome chili dishes and the customer service is very efficient excellent and professional.
