“MY WIFE AND I TOOK OUR GRANDKIDS HERE TODAY AND HAD ALANNA AS OUR SERVER, I WILL SAY THAT SHE IS PHENOMENAL. OUR DRINKS WERE ALWAYS FULL AND SHE WAS EXTREMELY NICE TO OUR GRANDKIDS. IN ALL OF MY YEARS IT IS ALWAYS NICE WHEN YOU HAVE A SERVER LIKE ALANNA TAKE THE TIME OUT OF HER BUSY DAY TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ASE THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. WE WILL ALWAYS COME BACK HERE AND ONLY WANT ALANNA AS OUR SERVER.“

They told me my fries will be a minute and any typical fast food restaurant would tell you to 'pull forward', instead, I get offered a free drink while I wait! “It was the first time in my home area of Cincinnati that after 35 years of being away, food was still outstanding. I am so glad for this, bringing back a lot of family memories. Thank you. It made me one happy lady and a very happy, full bellied husband. Service and wait staff outstanding. Keep up the great work“

“Cinnamon mixed in the chilli with spaghetti noodles is just plain weird. I still dont know if I liked it or not lol. It is definitely a cinci thing but when in Rome you get the chilli cheese dog. Loaded with cheese. The chilli burrito was really good I would pick it over the 3 way the next time i hit a skyline up.“

“We visited Skyline Chili with a party of 10 people and an infant. We chose Skyline because it’s nostalgic for our family, bringing back memories of visiting Ohio, my husbands home state. The staff was friendly and proactive, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The food was just as good as we remembered. Overall, a pleasant experience that reminded us why we love Skyline.“

“I mean come on, it's Skyline, so we all know the food is as expected. Had a 5-way with the team, and it tasted like a 5-way should. A little too much liquid, so next time, I'll try it dry. Lots of cheese, onions tasted nice and fresh, and the service was super-fast and friendly. Nothing fancy, just good food, fast and easy.“

“Although I have lived in Middletown most of my adult life I had never eaten at The Jug, until today. Now I could kick myself for having never trying them before. I had the Hot Boy and it is by far one of the best burgers I've ever had. Will definitely be going back when they reopen next year.“

“We stopped here because the signs were everywhere, even the airport. We tried everything chili-- fries, spaghetti, hotdogs-- and everything was amazing. The chili is tasty but not too spicy. The spaghetti 3-ways was great, and next time I'd try it 5 ways. The chili cheese dogs were so good, and they were filling. This isn't a fancy meal, but it's super tasty, and the people couldn't have been nicer.“

She goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are happy and when the kids are happy the parents are even more happy! “We gave Skyline a heads up a few days in advance that we'd be dropping in with a party of EIGHTEEN on a Saturday night. Alex the manager, Austin and server, and the entire crew went above and beyond. There was a birthday poster, birthday coloring sheets, a birthday button for the guest of honor, and more. No where else can you bring a party that large and get your food so quickly and deliciously. They've always taken great care of us when we bring in our large family, but this time was extra special! We can't say thank you enough!“

“I have always loved Skyline for the quality of the food and the consistency of the service no matter which location I come to, that tradition continues with this trip to this location.
Parking: Plenty of parking
Wheelchair accessibility: Two accessible spots were available right next to a ramp. Aside from doors needing to be manually opened the location was easily accessible.“

“I've only been through the drive-thru at this location. The food is usually good but the service is slow. However, I do get an apology for the slow service.Another thing that is kinda bothersome is the parking lot. It's just too small and tight.“
