“We were in Ohio for a wedding and stopped here for dinner. There was a 45 minute wait but after a quick look inside, we decided that it was worth checking out. We were very glad we waited, the appetizers were incredible and the burgers were perfect. I love bourbon and was impressed at their selection. If we are ever back in Ohio, we will definitely be back.“

“Well, that didn’t take long to go downhill!!! Service went from 5 stars when they opened to 1 star now. (Regular employee and Manager were rude) My family hates this place now and I was the last one to like it. Not now. I guess it’s back to 5 guys for us!!!“

“Just left from fishing at the Maumee River with my family. My son wanted a bite to eat before we headed home so we stopped at Burger King. I just want to say our meals were perfect!!! Everything was hot. No mistakes on my son's plain whooper with cheese (he's picky). The kids meal for my other son was also perfect. The fries...The drinks...Stark was an excellent customer service associate. We didn't even have to ask for condiments, he asked us. Where we're from we don't get that kind of experience. Our food is always cold, never done right and they always forget the ketchup. I am in total shock right now. Please give this place the praise they deserve.........“

“Love this place! Me (from upstate NY) and my husband (from Canada) had never been to a Big Boy before, so when we saw the signs while on a road trip we decided to try it out. The food was delicious, and it was decently priced compared to most restaurants now. Only $30 all together, and we had coffee and an appetizer with our meals.
The one thing I’d suggest is that they get a new, less heavy door for their bathroom. It is EXTREMELY heavy and I had to go hold it open for a little old lady with a walker. Honestly, I have no idea how or if the lady got out of the bathroom after we left lol. Odd that they have a handicapped stall in there when no handicapped person would ever be able to get into that bathroom themselves.“

“Perhaps one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is delicious and quickly served and a fair price.
My friends will never eat here, my wife despises this sort of food... I have no idea why. So I lead a life of 2 hour dinners with $200 checks (or more) all for what?
PAY - EAT - LEAVE in about 10 min. flat. What's not to like.. then you can get on your day with a fine meal and you can get back to work.
Parking: Plenty of space and "DFZ" parking for your Rolls or Ferarri.“

“Their mobile ordering has gotten so much better! Don't make me jump through hoops with a code that expires every 13 minutes and I have to say it as soon as I hit the drive thru speaker and the employees don't even know what deals are being offered nor what code is being used! Gah! They're not IT support, they're trying to not eff up an order and would really prefer to earn a paycheck with happy customers on the other side. We've done several mobile orders lately that are so simple, great deals/savings, and the employees are just fine taking any order, fulfilling it, and sending you on your way. Without spending $30 on breakfast. I get it's junk, but it's not any more junk than anywhere else and I'm spending less with employees who over the BS of stupid tech systems that don't work.“

“I live on W River Rd in Middleton Twp , just down the road , near Roachton Rd. I have been to Mail Pouch Saloon more than a few times in the last couple of months for both lunch and dinner. It had been awhile since I discovered it again. I’m not one to remember to submit a review of anything. I was there for a late lunch today.
You really have to try this place. I love it. Great people, great food( new menu as of this week) , and entertainment at night is just fun. It’s just a good vibe place. They seriously make me feel good once I sit down.
