“My wife and I visited this Subway Restaurant for sandwiches after taking at hike at Dawes Arboretum. We have visited this restaurant several times in the past and it is consistently good. We had a Chicken Breast Sub and a Ham & Turkey Sub, both were good. The ingredients were of good quality and the wheat bread was fresh. The restaurant was clean and in good order. The staff was friendly and efficient.“

“Unfortunately no drive-through, but the Old School cheesesteak and Cajun Fries were well worth parking the car and walking in. The fries are seasoned quite unlike most other places I've been, highly recommend them! The sandwich came loaded up with plenty of beef, enough caramelized onions to add a bit of sweet and savory, and was absolutely dripping with melty Cheez Whiz. The large combo had me filled up all on its own, whereas at other fast-food joints, it'll take a large meal *and* an extra sandwich to provide sufficient calories. Solid value at Charleys!“

“I had been hesitant to go to this Subway ( or any Subway in Newark) because of bad reviews. But, I love Subway, so here we go. When I walked in the door the girls were very busy stocking chips and meats and such. I was looking at the menu board, so I stayed out of their way. As soon as I knew what I wanted, one of them approached me and pleasantly took my order. Watching them prepare my sub was awesome, the care they took, from building the foundation of the sandwich to adding the perfect amount of veggies. Exactly what I ask for! Also, got some macadamia nut cookies, YUM ? The establishment is as clean and the atmosphere pleasant. The only thing I wish was better was the toasting of my sandwich could have been longer, but, personal preference. Will definitely be back and urged you to go if you want a good sub!“
