“This place is the best! Their staff is quick and friendly. The pastries are to die for, so is the breakfast sandwich! You can only get the sandwich until 11 on weekdays and 12 on weekends. The danishes and brownies are my favorite. The good pastries are always sold out by the afternoon so go early! I love love love their seasonal drinks! Love this place!!!“

“Ordered a whole sheet red velvet cake for nephew's graduation from St. V's.. Our family and guests LOVED the cake, it was delicious! “Clean location, staff have been helpful and accommodating each time we visited. We enjoying trying the new rotations of treats that they keep putting out. Having the minis available now is a great improvement. Store gets a bit crowded at peak times.
Parking: In a lot with a few other business
Kid-friendliness: A smaller area and there are display cookies out so kids maybbe able to grab these. Also they have tablets for ordering which kids can reach.“

“I have ordered cakes from West Side Bakery multiple times. I have requested elegant, kid/fun, and unique/challenging…. When other bakers were hesitant to meet my expectations, West Side Bakery eagerly accepted. Each time, the look and the TASTE exceeded my VERY HIGH, TYPE A expectations!!!! The latest was my request for Rose’s door… you know, the broken piece from the movie Titanic. My son is OBSESSED with that ship and the wreckage and requested a Titanic themed 7th birthday party. I asked for detail and DISTRESSED. 🔨 WSB NAILED IT!!! Everyone raved over how good it tasted, too! He wanted a white cake with strawberry filling. It was so light and moist and decadent. I am now looking for opportunities to order again from West Side! THANK YOU TO THE WSB TEAM!!! You bring JOY to so many!“

“My husband and I went yesterday and had an absolutely amazing experience! The food was incredible—from the everything pretzel with beer cheese to the packzi’s, other desserts, and even a few drinks from the bar. Everything we tried was outstanding. “We order my daughter's birthday cake or cupcakes from here every year and have done so since we had her 9th birthday party there 11 years ago. I'm not much of a sweets person but my daughter and family and friends always love the cakes! Jean is always super accommodating and is happy to customize to my daughter's requests. Plus it's so adorable inside this shop! Highly recommend!“

“I visited the store today. I got 5 macarons with my fiancé. The clerk was really nice and told us about their ingredients and offerings. The macarons are excellent and so satisfying to eat. Real eggs, milk and butter!
I was also informed on Wednesday they run a promotion for 4 cupcakes/ macarons for $15.
If you like sweet treats you should totally check it out.“

“Hands down one of the best Eastern European restaurants I’ve ever had. There are not many like this left in Cleveland, or even the US, and is a time capsule of the historical culture of Cleveland. Humble, home cooked meals meant to be shared with family and friends.
Everything I ordered was perfect;
The schnitzel, mashed potatoes, stuffed cabbage, paprikash, Slovenian sausage. Quality ingredients, fresh, perfectly seasoned and prepared. You can tell the people making your food do it with a passion.
Every time I am in Cleveland, I will absolutely make the drive, no matter where I am staying. Places like this are what made Cleveland and should be cherished and respected.“

“My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. She actually won’t stop talking about how good their Nutella is 😆 Their croissants are amazing, and everyone has always been so nice.“
