“Clean location, staff have been helpful and accommodating each time we visited. We enjoying trying the new rotations of treats that they keep putting out. Having the minis available now is a great improvement. Store gets a bit crowded at peak times.
Parking: In a lot with a few other business
Kid-friendliness: A smaller area and there are display cookies out so kids maybbe able to grab these. Also they have tablets for ordering which kids can reach.“

“Hands down one of the best Eastern European restaurants I’ve ever had. There are not many like this left in Cleveland, or even the US, and is a time capsule of the historical culture of Cleveland. Humble, home cooked meals meant to be shared with family and friends.
Everything I ordered was perfect;
The schnitzel, mashed potatoes, stuffed cabbage, paprikash, Slovenian sausage. Quality ingredients, fresh, perfectly seasoned and prepared. You can tell the people making your food do it with a passion.
Every time I am in Cleveland, I will absolutely make the drive, no matter where I am staying. Places like this are what made Cleveland and should be cherished and respected.“

“I live out of town and was thrilled to find this location had a gluten-free option and was able to deliver a beautiful cake to a dear friend after surgery. They were easy to deal with and the product was perfect and a big hit. Definitely recommend.“
“I visited the store today. I got 5 macarons with my fiancé. The clerk was really nice and told us about their ingredients and offerings. The macarons are excellent and so satisfying to eat. Real eggs, milk and butter!
I was also informed on Wednesday they run a promotion for 4 cupcakes/ macarons for $15.
If you like sweet treats you should totally check it out.“

“We order my daughter's birthday cake or cupcakes from here every year and have done so since we had her 9th birthday party there 11 years ago. I'm not much of a sweets person but my daughter and family and friends always love the cakes! Jean is always super accommodating and is happy to customize to my daughter's requests. Plus it's so adorable inside this shop! Highly recommend!“

“My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. She actually won’t stop talking about how good their Nutella is 😆 Their croissants are amazing, and everyone has always been so nice.“

“My husband and I went yesterday and had an absolutely amazing experience! The food was incredible—from the everything pretzel with beer cheese to the packzi’s, other desserts, and even a few drinks from the bar. Everything we tried was outstanding. The customer service was just as impressive—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better visit. We will definitely be back! “One of my favorite coffee shops because they always have the tastiest coffee and it's always hot. They have medium or light roast available. The desserts are good and the staff is really friendly. beautiful fresh flower arrangements that is such a nice touch:)“
