Yes they tack on a credit card fee, I’ve seen some people complain about this but I am 100% in support of it. It also means there is an advantage to pay in cash, so pay the bill and tip your server in cash for the best overall outcome and know the credit card service is there if you need it.“

“Our server, Chastity was very attentive and pleasant as we celebrated the Browns win. All food and drinks were cooked perfectly and timely delivered. I got home and realized I left my coat on a hook. I called immediately and the young lady that answered the phone was very thorough in taking down the information for the manager. Liz, the manager called me early the following morning and was willing to send my coat to me for no charge. We’ve visited 5 or 6 times the last few years and will definitely be back!“

Oh my goodness, I think it was the most delicious brunch ever. We frequent ITW often, one of our favorite Sunday brunches. “Such a great all-in-one place! The atmosphere of Pitchfork and service are awesome- makes you feel like you’re somewhere fun! Brie cheese appetizer is unreal. I thought the beef pasta dish was so-so, but my friends loved their salad and burger. Obviously ice cream at Pavs after dinner was the perfect ending.“

“Very nice spot for lunch. My only critique is the ordering process. With having cooked to order foods and scoop & serve fast casual, it can make for difficult timing. The hot mto foods should be started before scooping the byo bowls.
That being said, everything was fresh and tasty. Nothing was overly fishy or greasy. Can’t wait to try the raw selection.“
