“After living in the neighborhood for 25 years, a friend and I decided to visit! What a wonderful experience! The owner, the staff and the patrons were extremely welcoming and we will absolutely be back.“

“I had my retirement party at the 3 Spot last Saturday, and they could not have been more accommodating! We've known for a long time that the staff is exceptional and friendly, but we're super impressed now with everyone there! I don't want to leave anyone out, but we remember Dave, Karen, P.J., Ryan, Thomas, Corbin, and our server for the evening, Lisa. She was wonderful-keeping an eye on the group in case someone needed anything. She is fast, friendly, and efficient! The side room was clean, cozy and nicely decorated with a Christmas tree in the corner. And last, but not least, the food is AWESOME! I was glad to have leftovers so we could share, and also enjoy the day after. We had the pizza, BBQ meatballs, Buffalo Chicken dip, pretzel bites, and a really nice looking veggie tray. “We love cleats and eat there and DoorDash often! Tonight they forgot a kids Mac n cheese from our DoorDash order so I called to see if I could come pick it up. They were profusely apologetic and when we came to get it they went above and beyond with extras. Customer service like this is rare these days !! Thanks Cleats! (Ps this was their first mistake in probably 20+ dining experiences)“

“Food is scratch made. The cook is very good. Never an issue with food. Depending on which server is there service can change. Regulars get their eye first. If you're a new customer you may be waiting longer to get menu or wait longer to cash out.“

“Had a great overall experience at Butch’s. I went there with my parents who are around 90 and they were so sweet when we arrived. 2 groups offered to jump off their tables when they saw us come in and they quickly cleaned the table before we sat down. The high top seating was sturdy and comfortable for everyone. It made it so easy for my parents who hadn’t been out to eat since my dad broke his hip in November. The Friday fish fry was delicious, affordable and satisfying. The entire staff made it such a fun experience , including Butch coming over and cracking up over my dad’s jokes. I enticed my mom to play the bowling game which she had never played and she scores 54 - 135 - 177. I may have created a monster because now she wants to join the league.“
