“We love cleats and eat there and DoorDash often! Tonight they forgot a kids Mac n cheese from our DoorDash order so I called to see if I could come pick it up. They were profusely apologetic and when we came to get it they went above and beyond with extras. Customer service like this is rare these days !! Thanks Cleats! (Ps this was their first mistake in probably 20+ dining experiences)“

“Our meal was great! Kid-friendly. Great service! Comfortable local restaurant that was moderately busy, but not packed and we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Trivia night. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Rice bowl with chicken, boneless wings, burger, and turkey Rachel sandwich. Ryan brought out our apps and kept checking on us. We wouldn’t hesitate to return when we’re in the area!“

“Celebrated a birthday there with seven people. The food was prepared perfectly. The table side preparation of the Caesar salad added elegance. Our server was the most attentive and gracious that I have ever had anywhere. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff there. Thank you for an evening to remember.“

“My husband and I always enjoy coming here! We usually don't wait long at all for a table with the feature to reserve one ahead of time. The staff is always friendly and inviting, and never stray far when you need them. The food is ALWAYS delicious. The french onion soup is a personal favorite, but I've never had anything here I didn't enjoy. We always recommend to people to try here when they're around the area! Just wish we lived in Richfield still so we were a little closer ourselves lol“

“I had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the interior design was excellent and the service was very fast and warm. This is a great place for families , dates and girls night out ! Very elegant yet laid back.“

“I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my Mediterranean bowl was excellent. Much better than I expected for airport food. I got curried chickpeas added and they were great.

I also got the orange smoothie (forget the actual name) and it was quite tasty.“

“We did a private party for our 50th wedding anniversary on 9/21/24. Everything was fantastic including the staff, the food and the atmosphere. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. June was super helpful. We grew up in the neighborhood and this was the perfect place. Highly recommend for a private party.“
