I went all the way to Italy and back only a week ago in search of amazing food (specifically pasta in a cheese wheel) and it turns out I just had to go to Toledo. “Overall good experience at this Olive Garden. Hadn't been to one in a long time but the revamped menu made sense with solid Italian entree choices. Our waitress Jax was super great and very friendly. I had spaghetti and meat sauce which was good, sauce needed more meat I thought. I got sauteed shrimp on it as well and those were tasty. My wife got the Five Cheese Ziti al forno and that looked and tasted good. We both got the sausage potato soup which was a pleasant surprise. Breadsticks were ok, marinara we got with them was nothing special. My wife got an Italian margarita and that was nicely made. If you have a hankering for Italian and want good value, Olive Garden is your place!“

“Please don't expect to get service at the window, even if you order ahead online. Apparently, walk-in customers will be priority then you will be "behind" all of them. We waited 18 minutes and online it says this is a time that is less busy than usual and usually no wait. One make your own bowl was missing a lot of the veggies selected. Pepperoni stick was not even wrapped. But we got a free cookie for our $46 order

I asked to get extra sauce to take home and the waitress said it would cost $2.00 more. But she wasn’t sure. We had to ask again about the sauce after we paid the bill. “This is my favorite pizza in the area! The crust is the perfect thickness & has a great crunch at the end, the sauce is AMAZING, the cheese is unique & delicious, & the cook is the perfect amount of doneness. The cinnamon sticks are super fluffy when most places have chewy ones. I recommend extra icing!

I agree that the policy of having to show your payment card & ID is outdated & unnecessary, and they also cut unevenly sized slices, but both of these flaws are negligible to me.

“Had a wonderful birthday dinner here. Service was exceptional, Madison was awesome and helped get me the Big Red Spicy Walleye for my birthday dinner even though it is on the lunch menu. And to say it was good is an understatement, it exceeded my expectations and was awesome! They have officially ruined Nashville Hot Chicken for me 😂 If it doesn't have walleye on it I don't want it now. Was awesome that the chefs were able to do this with the help of Madison. And we made sure to tell the manager Shelby (owners daughter) how wonderful a night we had and she was genuinely pleased to hear and talk with. Can't wait to go back and try some other things on the menu! And we will be back!“

“My husband surprised me with a trip to Perrysburg to stay at Belamere Suites and to have a nice dinner for our 29th wedding anniversary. He chose Rosarisa's.

He made a reservation, and once we were seated, our server Gabby came over and asked what we wanted to drink. We wanted water with lemon at the time while we looked over the menu and drink options. About 15 minutes or so later, my husband saw Gabby said excuse me, we'd like to get started with an appetizer. She never came directly to us. We ordered Rosarisa's Rockefeller which was very good.

We had never been there before and she never made any menu or drink suggestions. We actually had to flag her down again to place our dinner orders, and we didn't end up getting a drink except our water.

For our dinner entrees, I ordered Lobster Ravioli with a Ceaser salad to start with, then my husband ordered the Pork chop with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts with a Ceaser salad to start. We waited 25 minutes and our salads finally came out which were good but then not 3-4 minutes later a gentleman came with our dinner entrees not even giving us enough time to enjoy our salads. Both of our entrees were just warm, and you could tell they had been setting in the back kitchen for a while.

The Lobster Ravioli was pretty good but the fried leeks on top I thought were to much and reminded me of French's, french fried onions. I picked most of them off. I like my food hot and this wasn't even close. My husband's Pork chop, he said was good but had way to much BBQ sauce on it and everything was very strong flavors. He couldn't even finish it. We decided that since we were celebrating our anniversary, we would get dessert and we chose the Tiramisu to share. We did enjoy it but could have done without all the chocolate all over the plate with the Tiramisu on top. A small bit of decorative lines on 1 side would have been sufficient.

All in all, the food was decent but honestly expensive for the quality and poor service. The food needed to be hot and time should also be given to eat our salads first without the food sitting back in the kitchen then bringing out only 3-4 minutes after we received our salads.

The service definitely needed to be a lot better. Gabby definitely should have made some drink and menu suggestions. She never even asked us if we wanted a different drink besides the water we asked for when we 1st arrived. She never checked in on us to see if we needed anything or to see if our dinner tasted good, and we should not have to flag her down for everything, and I mean everything. I've been a server myself years ago, so these are critical things that need to happen. Especially if you want customers to return sometime and to receive a decent tip. We are all about tipping well if we receive excellent service.

And it was quite loud in the restaurant and very hard to hear each other over the noise.“
