“I can’t explain how much I enjoyed my first dinner at Ciao. My son took me out for Mother’s Day and this is where we decided to go. I went all the way to Italy and back only a week ago in search of amazing food (specifically pasta in a cheese wheel) and it turns out I just had to go to Toledo. Gino, our server was personable and attentive. Excellent service!!“

“The fettuccine alfredo & tortellini wasn’t worth the price. The tortellini reminded me of chef Boyardee in a can. I recommend the Italian food at Antonio’s Italian cuisine or Olive Garden. The waitress was very polite, the atmosphere was great, however I wouldn’t eat any Italian dishes from here again.“

“Please don't expect to get service at the window, even if you order ahead online. Apparently, walk-in customers will be priority then you will be "behind" all of them. We waited 18 minutes and online it says this is a time that is less busy than usual and usually no wait. One make your own bowl was missing a lot of the veggies selected. Pepperoni stick was not even wrapped. But we got a free cookie for our $46 order

“Will be returning. Expensive menu, but it was well worth it. Kind staff. Kind greeter and waiter. Food was ok. Ordered the Chicken Alfredo or something of that nature and a Flirtini. Chicken was dry, but the sauce helped. Waitress made my drink well. I recommend it, but maybe at a later time in the evening because the food tasted like it was a rushed order. Other than that, good experience.“

“Overall good experience at this Olive Garden. Hadn't been to one in a long time but the revamped menu made sense with solid Italian entree choices. Our waitress Jax was super great and very friendly. I had spaghetti and meat sauce which was good, sauce needed more meat I thought. I got sauteed shrimp on it as well and those were tasty. My wife got the Five Cheese Ziti al forno and that looked and tasted good. We both got the sausage potato soup which was a pleasant surprise. Breadsticks were ok, marinara we got with them was nothing special. My wife got an Italian margarita and that was nicely made. If you have a hankering for Italian and want good value, Olive Garden is your place!“

“Have been going here for along time. First time ordering pizza though. I ordered extra sauce which I did not get and only ate a few slices. I asked to get extra sauce to take home and the waitress said it would cost $2.00 more. But she wasn’t sure. We had to ask again about the sauce after we paid the bill. She said they would not give us extra sauce!! Hmmm!! Really? So for all you that like extra sauce on your pizza… they don’t do that! Also, the waitress never took any of our dirty dishes away.“

“This is my favorite pizza in the area! The crust is the perfect thickness & has a great crunch at the end, the sauce is AMAZING, the cheese is unique & delicious, & the cook is the perfect amount of doneness. The cinnamon sticks are super fluffy when most places have chewy ones. I recommend extra icing!

I agree that the policy of having to show your payment card & ID is outdated & unnecessary, and they also cut unevenly sized slices, but both of these flaws are negligible to me.

“Had a wonderful birthday dinner here. Service was exceptional, Madison was awesome and helped get me the Big Red Spicy Walleye for my birthday dinner even though it is on the lunch menu. And to say it was good is an understatement, it exceeded my expectations and was awesome! They have officially ruined Nashville Hot Chicken for me 😂 If it doesn't have walleye on it I don't want it now. Was awesome that the chefs were able to do this with the help of Madison. And we made sure to tell the manager Shelby (owners daughter) how wonderful a night we had and she was genuinely pleased to hear and talk with. Can't wait to go back and try some other things on the menu! And we will be back!“

The steak and potatoes were amazing lasagna was quite good as well. The desserts were really good but they didn't really wow me.
