“This location was across the street from our hotel, so we chose to eat here as my wife had never experienced a Five Guys burger. Now she wants to go to the location near us back home and try a patty melt! The staff was friendly and efficient. We dined in, and the seating area was clean. Cheyenne took our order, and when I told her it was my wife's first time, she took her time and helped her decide what to eat, and made sure she got the burger just the way she wanted. Do NOT miss the peanut butter milkshakes. Incredible!
When I told Cheyenne I needed mine bunless, she knew exactly what I meant and offered either a bowl or a wrap. I got the wrap, but next time I think I'll get a bowl. The wrap is actually two pieces of lettuce, and so it's difficult (and messy) to pick up and eat as the lettuce does not surround the sandwich. Good thing they provided a knife and fork.

Idk if we just went on a good day or what, but everything was fresh and hot and the cheesy gordita crunch even had a cheese pull! 😆🤌 The guy working the window at the drive through that day was so nice. We were having a rough day, but this experience made it great! Thank you for going above and beyond! You guys rock!“

“Please stop putting American cheese on the Country Fried Steak and egg biscuit, as the cheese takes the flavor out of the sandwich. I asked for “no cheese” and got cheese anyway after the window attendant told me that “cheese does not come with the steak and egg biscuit”. Guess what? After pulling away, I unwrapped the sandwich to find American cheese melted all over the sandwich. I ask “Why do they do this?” It is every other time that I order it!! Then they tell me doesn’t even come with cheese!! Retrain your staff! I can’t remove melted cheese!“
