“When you order over the phone it initially sends you to a call center, ask for the store and you wont regret it. Very exceptional customer service and well mannered and not to mention the food is good too. While placing my delivery order i jokingly said we need extra marinara for our cheese sticks because my girlfriend is pregnant and loves her red sauce. 30 mins later when we the order arrived there was a free cookie cake and written on it said “for the mom to be”.We greatly appreciated that and you! “Stopped in with my son really on a Saturday morning. We ate inside. This is a super clean location and our sausage burritos were wrapped perfectly (not always the case at other locations). but beyond all of that customer service was fabulous, and the gentlemen that helped us, I’m assuming the manager) was super sweet with my child and generous with his time. A++“

“Last two times we've ordered from here, the meat is pretty burnt, and our bowls are a little light. Today unfortunately my fiancé's order of chips was not included in our to-go bag. I should've double checked that the order sticker matched the contents of the bag, but he was bummed out.
The employees here are mostly friendly and pleasant; occasionally not so much.
Chipotle is delicious, but this location has been going noticeably downhill.“

“This place can get busy! They are typically quick though. I tend to get a hot dog with chili and cheese on it or chicken nuggets! Both are very good! They have great shakes, and juices! You can take out or if you decide to eat there, they will bring out a tray to stick on your window to hold your food.“

“Why does anyone think this is good chicken? I got it last week for the first time and was not impressed. It was greasy had almost no flavor and their dipping sauce is disgusting. If it were crispy and there were additional sauces to choose from it would be tolerable. Considering its overpricedand very underwhelming I will not be back. Also if the chicken "fingers" were any smaller they should be called nuggets.“
