“When you order over the phone it initially sends you to a call center, ask for the store and you wont regret it. Very exceptional customer service and well mannered and not to mention the food is good too. While placing my delivery order i jokingly said we need extra marinara for our cheese sticks because my girlfriend is pregnant and loves her red sauce. 30 mins later when we the order arrived there was a free cookie cake and written on it said “for the mom to be”.We greatly appreciated that and you! “Was there on a Saturday at lunch and it was extremely busy. Had a to go order and I was surprised how quickly it came. My only complaint about the food was the gallyboy burger was lacking in flavor.. This location has been around a long time and for a good reason. Definitely better than any other burger place in Stow.“

“The customer service at this location is above top-notch. The owner is a hands-on just like any other employee and you can tell that he has made to be in the food service/customer service field. All the employees work together to make sure the customers receive amazing fast service every time I travel through Ohio. I stopped at this location. I look forward to it every time.“
