“From walking in to walking out I had a great experience. Walking in I was immediately greeted and the girls were friendly. They were a little busy but my wait was still next to nothing! During their rush, they were still so nice and I didn’t feel rushed so the next customer could order. My food tasted fresh and was absolutely delicious!“

“The kid at the register was very courtest. He kept asking the people at the kias if they were OK. He brought out our food. Came back later to see if everything was OK. Better service than some dine in restaurants. Kudos to him. It was a pleasure to eat at McDonald's today.“

“Arby’s after the remodel smackkkkkkks! Even the other day I was going to the drive-through an old man had fallen and spilled all of his food. He just ordered coming out of the doors. I stopped my car to help everybody rushed out we got him up they re made his food. The gentleman just had chemo and was very week they helped him to his car and went above and beyond was very proud of them to see everyone rush to his aid.“

“We haven't had Burger King in a long time and we thought we'd stop. Our Burger King in Mentor closed about 3 years ago I90 & 306 but before it closed it was terrible. Our Whoppers were custom ordered and to our happy surprise, they were spot on and excellent! Only problem we encountered was one of the medium french fries had 3-4 onion rings in the bottom of the container. We just did the drive thru so we are not sure what it was on the inside.“

“Service is always great. I usually order something and have them make it special and they mess up sometimes.

Update... I have to say they are getting a lot better at making special orders. Regular menu items are always great.“

“Got the large super supreme stuffed crust it was absolutely delicious along with garlic bread and cheese sticks everything was excellent. With today's prices it was very fair. I will be going back again soon for sure ?? I don't want to forget to mention the staff was very friendly & it was prompt service. Very little weight whatsoever.

“Well this place was a pleasant surprise! I got stuck here over the weekend because my truck broke down, and I wasn’t really looking forward to the only food option being a Burger King, but the people inside really made a difference. They were extremely nice, very attentive, and actually put out good quality food for what it was. Nice job, guys!“

“The entire experience was great with only one important exception. I did not enjoy having to hold the store’s semi-portable Point of Sale device because I know that every customer before me had done the same unless they had paid with cash. Very unsanitary!“
