Mexican Restaurants near Kelleys Island

“We stopped in to the KI Cantina while biking around the island. It was about 1 in the afternoon on a Monday. So there was only a few people there, at first. But several people came in after us, getting food and drinks, and enjoying them at picnic tables in the lawn and in the spacious covered patio.

The painkiller was this choice of drink for our group. We also shared a platter of their nachos chips, queso, pico del gallo, and guacamole. All were delicious!

The staff was warm and welcoming. Brandy took the time to discuss their drinks and shared what her favorite was and why.

There are 2 sections to the cantina. One is for food and the other for drinks.

The cantina is part of and next door to the KI Wine Company. They share the parking lot and the grounds.“

“Jonathan made our rainy pit stop more than worth it! We didn't eat, but we had drinks. The rooftop bar gives you a wonderful view of all the things and Jonathan was super accommodating! We enjoyed being stuck there during a thunderstorm and had several drinks. Will absolutely be returning!“

“The infused margarita is amazing! Love the vegan meat option on the barra taco with slaw/house sauce too. Taste was by far awesome! Waitress was so great too!“
