“My wife and I randomly chose to eat here for our date night and we're so happy we did. The food was so good! The staff were so friendly to us. We even got to meet the owner and hear his story of his family opening Italian restaurants, beginning with his dad immigrating to the states years ago.“

“I'm never disappointed when I come to Hot Head Burritos. I was definitely satisfied with my food and service at this location. Everyone was cool and professional. My food was hot and fresh. I got a barbacoa burrito bowl and it was extremely delicious. The portions of everything were perfect. Every bite I took, I was feeling like Guy Fieri, taking a trip to FlavorTown!!! Nothing was cold or undercooked, I just really enjoyed my meal and the service provided there!“

“NEVER liked Hothead until today. I DONT Like my food slapped together, looking like someone puked in the tortilla. Most Hotheads fix it THEIR WAY and take no time while you’re on the line to LISTEN to how YOU LIKE IT! Stephany at this LOCATION DID! She was wonderful and let me build my burrito how I wanted it. She was patient and explained all the options and what each container had in it. I ordered a CHICKEN BACON RANCH BURRITO-it was delicious Last Hothead fixed me a RICE CORN BLACKBEAN BURRITO because you didn’t see nor could you taste anything else.
This location is WONDERFUL- I will be back thanks to the FANTASTIC SERVICE I RECEIVED TODAY!!!“

“This was my first time and I will try it again. I'd like there was option for sauces to get them on the side instead of ober the food, just in case.

Vegetarian options: Rice, beans, fajita, corn, guacamole, lettuce, onion, grilled red pepper. But unlike Chipotle, we can't order all of them together since the options are limited to 6 only.“

“This location is a great place. I’ve been going here for practically 5 years straight. Once or twice I’ve meet the owner and he’s a great guy. There are a couple people here who have been working for a while now and they’re great. One issue though is they frequently hire family and those workers tend to be slower and very bad on portions. Overall great location and great food. Just try to train these employees!“

“Got a barbacoa burrito bowl, with the hot sauce on it. Which had habanero peppers in it. Very hot, was literally sweating, but DELICIOUS. Nice to break the monotony of chipotle. I now prefer this place instead. I would say the food is a higher quality with many more options. The hot head sauce is creamy delicacy and a must try. Very good service here as well.“

“We ordered To-Go right before closing. Chicken was not as fresh tasting for that reason only. The grilled peppers and onions, however, were freshly made before my eyes because they were out and were very delicious! This was my first time trying a “Hot Head Burritos” in Ohio. It was good for the late night order and the customer service was fantastic!“

“I placed a mobile order because I ordered a fair bit of food. Parking here is good, it's around the back, no complaints. Store looked a bit disheveled but it was also 6pm on a Friday, so that's to be expected. The server asked if I was placing an order or getting Doordash; not if she could help or anything. I was fine with the kinda mid service here, I just wanted my food and to get home. $65 for queso, 2 sauces, 2 sides of chips, a smothered burrito, a regular burrito and 2 quesadillas was a pretty good deal to me... until I got home to the food. The quesadillas are TINY. $13 for something about the size of a 6-inch Tortilla was incredibly disappointing. The smothered burrito was flavorful, but smaller than a Chipotle bowl, and half the ingredients were just thrown on top of it. Corn tasted like something out of a can and the jarred jalapeños were a bit of a letdown. Everything else was pretty good in it though. The chorizo was the star of the quesadilla, and all the sauces I got (hot head, southwest ranch and queso) really carried the meal for me. Would I order this again over Chipotle? Absolutely. Over Qdoba? Not a chance. But they're closer to my house, so I'm fine with it.“

“Food is consistent, tasty, and plentiful. Sign posted says, "Sorry for the longer wait. We're understaffed. " The staff that is there could be a tad bit more customer service oriented. BUT, I keep going back to their grumpy butts. SO who knows?“
