“Very challenging and beautiful course. The club house staff was very helpful. The restaurant seemed to be a bit understaffed the night we were there, but both waitresses did fine. The food was good. The fried pickles were way too salty. We'll be back.“
“They have an awesome outside patio bar and grill with music horseshoe pit and pool table and corn hole. Plus tables with umbrellas and picnic tables and lights inside electronic dart boards and poker machines. Great atmosphere and great food.“
“We were staying at an airbnb not to far from this place and decided to come on here last minute. A great choice to come here as the staff was wonderful, the band, and the frozen slushies were good. The man at the bar was very welcoming when we came in so confused what to do he greeted us with a smile and helped us along the way! “I traveled out to the Iron House bar & grill in cortland Ohio the other evening. Upon arrival I did notice all the festive Christmas decorations. Parking wasn’t an issue, nice spacious lot with lots of spots. Once inside it was self seating. My seating options were at the bar, booth or hi-top table. I always go for a table. My server upon seeing me, came right over and asked my drink preference. I asked if they had cherry soda. He informed me they didn’t, but he could make me one. Well done my friend….well done!!! He then returned with one tasty cherry pop and took my dinner order, he was super friendly & accommodating. The menu was a great selection of comfort/bar foods, burgers, wings, entrees & sandwiches. I loved the atmosphere, very chill, a neighborhood bar for sure. It had a proper bar, well stocked with liquor & beers. Every wall had a few TV’s on it, a great place to catch the game & good food. My meal was perfect, the burger tasted wonderful. I really enjoyed my dining experience here. I will definitely return in the future for dinner or to watch the game. I recommend you check this place out.“
“We have passed this place for years, but its always crowded so we keep on driving. We decided to give it a shot despite the crowded parking and there was plenty of room inside. Great small town family diner with a fun local crowd. Best of all the food and service was great! We enjoyed breakfast and good coffee that never got even half empty...my kind of service! We had late breakfast here, but locals were enjoying some awesome looking sandwiches and the Friday fish special. All looked and smelled amazing. We will be back! UPDATE....we have since been back and once again for breakfast time enjoying their delicious sausage gravy over biscuits. We still haven't made it for lunch or dinner, but we will!“
