“We are from out of state and attended a dinner for a wake. In the adjoining room. Was a wedding reception. Our menu was set but delicious, a sampling of a chicken entree and a pork entree with potato wedges and broccoli. It came with a salad appetizer, rolls and an ice cream dessert. The food was good but I thought the broccoli could have cooked a little more. I have a big appetite so I would have liked bigger portions but others at my table didn't finish.
The exceptional part was the wait staff. The servers were polite, timely and very accommodating. Their patience was superb, especially since they were working both large parties. One of the best wait teams I have ever seen. Keep up the great work.“

“Kudos to the 2 young guys that were working Friday July 24, 2025. A friend and I stopped in to get some ice cream, needless to say I wore it and made mess on the ground also. The guys were more than helpful getting napkins and wet paper towels so I could clean myself up and than replaced my ice cream with cone and cup. Thanks so much for everything, a bad start to my day but ended with a few laughs and memories 😊 Ice cream was great highly recommend“

“Want to take the time to thank you and your employees for what could have been a disaster. Over the holidays we came to eat with a big group and didn’t have a reservation and they were extremely busy. I had my 90 year old mother with dementia and was the first time out in a long time. We sat in the back room and the server Jordyn was a doll from the beginning. She made us feel comfortable and accommodated our needs setting the table up. She got our drinks right away and let us take our time looking and chatting until we were ready to order, even though she was busy in the dining room she came over and many of us had questions which I know is frustrating when your busy but not one time did she get frustrated and helped everyone decide what to get. My mother spilled her drink and she was on top of it hit napkins and took care of it without an issue, we felt terrible but again she just said oh I am just glad it wasn’t me this time. We ordered and food came out and somehow she remembered where everything g went all 21 of us. We felt like we were her only table and made us a priority. The food was excellent but the service was beyond exceptional and manager Peggy came around and talked with us and made sure we got what we needed. I just want to thank both of them for the warm hospitality and this will be our destination when we’re in the area again. It meant more then you know as we don’t know how long we have with our loved ones and people like this make those memories to treasure even more. Thank you also to the cooks as they are definately an asset to this company.“

“It’s 8:22pm October 3rd on a Saturday, time of delivery placed about 7:30-7:40 I have been eating at Apple bees for a good while now enjoying my favorite food, the Street bourbon steak, and in all those years never has my steak been so perfect, for starters, the steak itself was huge. I never got that size of a steak in my life ordering the street bourbon steak second, their onions were perfect exactly the way I like them and they gave me more onions than mushrooms which I am a big fan of, Third the steak was drowned in the delicious butter sauce that they cook it in and then the potatoes? They were immaculate, Whoever made this incredible dish tonight could work in a five star restaurant. I will think about this meal every time I go to Applebee’s. every single bite.I had to stop and appreciate the the flavors and effort put into this. 20/10 thank you 👌“
