“A small quiet place with some of the best food you’ll ever have. I absolutely love their hamburgers and fries which are freshly cooked not frozen! The lady with the long dark hair that works there is incredible and always makes you feel special. “What a hidden gem. My husband and I stumbled upon Nordstrom Grill a few weeks ago and it was like we were transported back in time. The wait staff couldn't be more helpful. The soups are amazing and will warm you up on a cold winter day . . . and the burger might also be the best in Cleveland. I only wish it were open for breakfast!“

“So, long story short, don't expect any kind of service from the bartender if you come on a Saturday evening. I started not to say anything but after a lot of thought I felt like this needs to be said. My wife and I have visited this place on several occasions usually during the week and had great service from Maggie. However this past Saturday was a complete disaster. We came in to have a burger and beer and after arriving and sitting at a table in the bar area we waited.......and waited ........ and waited. Finally after sitting and watching the bartender who we later learned was Kate socializing with what appears to be her friends for almost 15 minutes we finally flagged a guy walking by asking him if there was a waitress for this area. He stopped immediately and apologized asking what we wanted to drink and then proceeded to go behind the bar and grab our drinks himself. Coming back he apologized and asked if we wanted something to eat and took our order. Our food was later brought out by someone else and the whole time the bartender continued to socialize with the two or three people at the bar that appeared to be friends. Only after our food was brought out did she finally decide to tear herself away from her social group and grace her with her presence, and even this interaction seemed to be a bother to her. Guess I made a long story longer. Point is the bartender Kate is ok if you're in her social group. If you're not forget about getting any kind of service from her.“

“Spats is my kinda place. The first time I visited Spats, I saw a neon beer sign in the window and figured I’d grab a beer while I was waiting for my gf to finish her shopping. I was instantly met with the dive-bar/hole in the wall vibe. Spats did not disappoint! If that’s not what you’re looking for, you might try the dining area instead of the bar area, which has at least 10 TVs, so I assume it’s also a nice sports bar.

So I told my gf that we should come back sometime when we want to hang out. We did! There aren’t many vegetarian options, but you can get typical bar food, plus an extensive lunch/dinner menu. I tried the fried mushrooms. They were delicious! I see why some ppl don’t like the fries, but they were perfect for me. They were not greasy or cooked in recycled oil like some idiots claimed in their reviews. But yes, they’re typical of real potato fries: soft and limp, just the way I like them. But they were also a little bland. Nothing a little salt couldn’t fix. I also had the fried shrimp, which was fine. Cole slaw was OK. My gf liked her chicken salad. Portions are HUGE. I’ll be back to try other items on the menu. I’m giving it 5 stars to offset the idiots who gave it one. But overall, it’s probably 4.5 stars.“

“The brisket from B2’s Bourbon & BBQ is the best brisket I have ever had, 5 stars. I have tried many other restaurants, even ones out of state, but they don’t compare. The meat is always tender and delicious. I have also had pulled pork, which is also great. The brisket is my favorite—the way they season and smoke it is just simply delicious.“

“Surprisingly quiet for a Friday night. Experienced friendly and fast service at the bar. Ordered the brisket sandwich. Food came quickly and was hot. The brisket was tender and tasty. The red onions didn’t enhance the meat however. The optional mushroom sauce was not appetizing looking and was luke warm. Onion rings were good and worth the up charge. I feel like the menu has gotten a bit stale. May need to change it up a bit to keep the long time patrons coming back.
The bourbon selection is outstanding for this area. Plenty of the sought after pours and plenty of lesser known choices as well.“
