“It is exactly what it says it is. A great dive bar. Friendly, nicely lit for a bar. great food, friendly patrons, great prices, did I mention great food.“

“Crust was perfect Good amount of cheeses without having to order extra Only complaint is bland sauce... straight from can... needs salt, garlic, and oregano for some flavor“

“Another great experience...fast...good shakes“

“I love eating at Gateway diner. It’s always a friendly experience. It feels like Home there. The staff is so kind that atmosphere is so warm. It’s got that true diner experience that you don’t often get anymore plus the pancakes slap.“

“Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place!!“

“I came in for the first time the other day and grabbed some freezer meals. I'm on day 3 of having them for lunch and I am obsessed! I've had the Chili Bean Chicken Pasta, Tuscan Alfredo Lasagna and Chicken Tender Parm so far. Perfect portions, tasty and fitting in with my macros. I will definitely be back for more! ❤“

“The custom cakes here are incredible. I had my daughter’s “camping” theme bday cake made here. She really wanted an ice cream cake, but I wasn’t sure if DQ was going to be able to do the design I wanted. I brought my ideas, photos and accessories. And let me tell you! The service I received from Belinda was better than some high end bakeries I’ve used for other events. She was so detail oriented and made sure everything was just how I wanted it, even following up with text reminders and questions. And the design was THE ABSOLUTE CUTEST!!! So happy with my experience here and very impressed !“

“Sal the bartender was amazing. The place was lively and fun. Definitely going back.“

“I usually like the fish sandwiches but today they were dry .... please try harder“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

“Great food and great shakes“

“the food and the service“

“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. As for the chocolate chip cookie… I thought it was fresh, but it was more like a sad, store-bought rock. Tex Mex Burger 5.5 Hand cut fries 6.1 House Made Ranch 8.2 Chocolate Chip Cookie 2.0“

“Really enjoyed the food, especially the peanut butter burger! The service we had (our server was Lilly) was perfect. Our server was very attentive but not intrusive. We sat outside and enjoyed it (didn't know there was an outside patio). Great experience!!“

“My boyfriend and I ordered online pick up and he went to get it in store but ended up getting super dizzy and passed out onto the floor. The staff was super concerned and made sure he was okay and gave him water and some ice while he came to. They even went out of their way to make sure he was telling the truth about me driving us home to make sure he got home alright. I didn’t get their names but I am really grateful for their act of kindness. This never happened to him before and he was super embarrassed but I’m glad there’s still good people out there to genuinely cares for their customers.“

“Outstanding Service at a Busy Time!

I stopped into the Five Guys during a very busy rush, and I was genuinely impressed. Dominic was an absolute rockstar he handled the crowd with speed, friendliness and professionalism. I didn't wait long at all for service or my food, which came out hot, fresh and perfectly prepared just the way I ordered it. Five Guys quality at its best.

Dominic and the whole team really made the visit enjoyable even on a hectic day. If you're in the area, this location is worth it great food and even better service. Highly recommend!

Thank you, Dominic!“

“Oh my gosh the ice cream was SO good and the funnel cake fries?? I’m in heaven thank you 😍“

“It was good No problems food was good. And hot. Store was very clean“

“Food was really good—fresh burgers made exactly as ordered, and the fries were hot and generous. Everything tasted solid and met the usual Five Guys quality.

The experience would be even better with improved customer service. Staff could be a bit more attentive and friendly.

Overall, good burger!“

“We love eating at our local DQ“

“Very outdated Dennys but Mike the associate that took my order was very friendly and seemed to know all the regulars. He was very accommodating and even though it was outdated he made it worth the visit. He was like a one man band, server, hostess, assistant cook. He was great“

“My wife went to grab some Romanburgers for the workers at our house. This place was fast and efficient. And the food was FANTASTIC! She said the gentlemen there was extremely helpful explaining the different sizes and options! Highly recommend! 5/5!“

“I stop by here every time I visit Cleveland. Get a gyro and a little something different every time, this time it was the handmade chicken tenders. They're the best ones I've had, bar none. Combined with the Jamaican sauce, I almost want to make the two hour drive back tomorrow for lunch!“

“It's a nice place with a nice vibe I can't speak on what it's like for the nightlife I just go during the day for happy hour. I do NOT in any form of way trust this city to attend to anything/ anywhere as far as the nightlife I just wanna be as safe as possible.“

“Quick drive through service. great food, friendly employees.“

“Normally I have 5 star reviews across the board, but today no I ordered the grilled bacon ranch sandwich with fries , it was just a DAB of ranch on my sandwich. The chicken breast was thick, which was awesome, but it made for an extra dry sandwich, also my fries when I received them was cool to the touch. Mari my bartender was GREAT, she stayed on top of everything. KUDOS TO HER“
