Just had the worst experience of my life here at the Marblehead location. As a person that works in customer service the way I was spoken too and treated was disturbing I don’t agree that the customer is always right but in this case I was. I like their food which sucks because I will no longer be supporting this location.

Seeing all these comments I expected a good chili dog. If this is considered good then you folks haven’t experienced a good chili dog. Chili sauce looked as if it was scraped from the bottom of Lake Erie. First and last time. Good luck!
