Service was great ice cream delectable peanut butter tilly tracks and caveman chocolate being stand out flavors especially.
On our first visit to Lakeside we were so impressed with the customer service at the Whistle Stop Ice Cream. The place is teeny tiny, probably only fits 8-10 customers at one time, but the service is quick and very friendly. The women working the shop recognized my 9 year old son's non verbal autism and immediately engaged with him in an informed and appropriate way. Respectfully, it’s 2025, accept credit cards. I remember needing cash a year ago and haven’t since. Haven’t been to a store that’s cash only in an entire year. I’ll happily pay the transaction fee. I’ll even set up the POS system for you for free.
