The food is always great! We did have an issue with our order, but the manager, Georgia, was absolutely wonderful and resolved it quickly. I really appreciated how she handled the situation and made sure we were taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be returning! Great food and great customer service.

Potbelly hot fresh milkshakes and great sandwiches were great for folks. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they handled an issue with professionalism and integrity. People noticed the clean location, including the restroom, and the great salad and sandwiches. Service was correct and the food quality and quantity could been better for the price of 3 sandwiches. The managerial staff took care of the issue and got high level service. People recommend open location in the eastern suburbs of Cleveland as Solon, Twinsburg and Chagrin Falls.
