Worst Taco Bell in Cleveland. Even if you’re going through drive through or mobile it takes obviously extremely long to get your order. Managers hang up phones mid talking to you. Even if you call ahead they still delay food 0/10 BAD EXPERIENCE. Wouldn’t come here if you wanted good food OR good service.
Ordered food with specific instructions; mine without sour cream and my sister’s without lettuce. One of my tacos came with sour cream and my sister’s burrito had lettuce. Both got easily corrected but my sister’s new burrito still had fragments of lettuce and my burrito had sour cream.
The place was dirty and it was in the morning!!
