If u order on the APP u don’t get what you order
Food took an extra 20 minutes and half the order was wrong/ missing. Called back and no apology - just told that I could come back and get it made again but most of the food is gone anyway. So manager Ester knew that staff was making incorrect orders. So I went online. No apology- just a scripted response of how a refund will take a week.
Horrible customer service.

Beef burrito with EXTRA meat AND white rice. This was the smallest burrito I've ever seen!!!! And I paid full price, not a 3 pointer one.
It was more like child size. NOT close at all to a regular ( full size / full price $$$ )
should have paid about $2.75 not the regular full size price of 15 frigging dollars!!!!
