The service is all right but atmosphere's pretty good. But I have struggled and struggled and struggled to get the correct corrected repayment meal from this location on memorial drive in Lancaster Ohio for a while now this last time 8/19/2024 I went in yet again because something was missing from the last repayment and this time the fries tasted like they had been put in old oil, some were burnt an there was burnt bits in with them. Picked up dinner for myself and kids. After eating quite a bit of it I noticed it tasted funny and realized there was molded cheese all through the salad. Called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. I told her the situation and she asked if I had the receipt and I advised her I did. She then proceeds to ask if I want something else and I say absolutely not. I told her I had taken pics and asked for the corporate number.
