I needed help ordering and the waitress on the phone was so nice and helpful! The food was amazing, ready on time and great staff when I went in to pick up the order as well. If I ever get pizza again, I’m only ever ordering from here.“

“Best espresso ice cream that I’ve ever had! My husband and I drove from Lebanon today to try the ice cream and it was absolutely delicious 😋 The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We ran into a very nice young man who worked there who was emptying the trash and took ours for us with a huge smile and a “have a wonderful day!” Outdoor games that are free and trees for the kids to climb and scenic views of the golf course. Awesome establishment, we will be back 👍👍“

Bacon was massive and for it to be a double patty it wasnt ridiculously big and hard to eat at all! Some burgers can be gross and messy, this wasnt even close! Food is always fresh and delicious! I even ate my leftover half of burger the next day and it was great! This place needs to be a national chain! P.S. ALWAYS ask for Aurora the server! Shes the sweetest and always smiling!“

“Forgot to get pictures because it was soooo good. This place is amazing from the time you pull in to the time you pull out. That's because you pull in,they come take your order and if you're not ready you flash your lights and it'll come out and take your order. Anytime you need anything you just turn your lights on and they come out to your vehicle. When the food comes out they place it on your window sill. I ordered there famous brown sugar cheeseburger and when I tell you this burger is fantastic, it is!! This burger has such a sweetness and a good beefy flavor at the same time it's amazing. Also ordered some jalapeno fries and they were so so good. Yes come here and eat well worth it and good prices ❤️“

The outside needs restoration and painted but so much history. Definitely recommend this venue if you are looking for a very cool venue & a historical site in Youngstown.“

“Had three amazing street tacos. I got them to go and this was a bad idea because I had to smell them the whole drive. I almost pulled over and ate everything on the side of the road. Excellent tacos, great friendly service, the guy working there made sure i had lime slices and sauce. Definitely going to visit again. “I want to say that I am a certified gluten-free practitioner. I have ben gluten-free for over 20 years. I have tried many gluten-free pizzas over the years. I can honestly say it was the best gluten free pizza I have ever eaten. The pizza crust was phenomenal. I highly recommend this 5 star gluten free pizza. Try it you won’t be disappointed.“

“I wasn’t planning on spending several hours at The Federal tonight, but life had other ideas.

I had just gotten out of a difficult situation, was waiting for an overnight bus, and my phone was almost dead. Justin, the manager, didn’t know me from Adam, but he handed me a charger and gave me a place to sit and recharge—both my phone and myself.

Over the next few hours I watched this place go from quiet to absolutely packed. The staff kept things moving, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone seemed to be having a great time.

It’s easy to judge a business by the food or drinks. I judge places by how they treat people, especially when they don’t have to. Justin and his team showed genuine kindness without expecting anything in return.

If you’re looking for a place with great energy, good people, and management that genuinely cares, The Federal has earned my recommendation. Thank you for helping a stranger on a day I’ll never forget!“

“Love the food, family has gone here for years but the past several times the service has been poor, different waitresses were so unfriendly, almost acting pissed we were there, never came back to fill drinks and we were nice, it's becoming a common theme, so disappointed. “If you're there to drink and eat wings and watch sports you're in the right place. If you're there to eat a steak, you're definitely in the wrong. I've had better steaks at Applebee's. Ordered medium and was well done and tough. I was too hungry, and since service is slow I didn't send it back like I should have. Not that busy, and not once did anyone ask how food was, and manager couldn't care less that I was there. Cool space, but they need to up their game if they want me back.“
