“Drinks arrived, biscuits hotter then the oven. Order taken with account ablity. Soup served, empties taken and refills given. Our table of five had little wait in dinner but refreashed on biscuits , then food arrived! Hot as butter steaming off broccoli! Everyone recieved what order and devoured. Great experiance out the Lima, Ohio store.“

“This is a quaint cute little place where you order at the counter and then find your seat and then call out your name and you can pick it up. We went here for Valentine's Day. Thought it was appropriate. We were on vacation and in town doing some shopping. We wanted an old fashioned burger. Well we found one. The burgers have a good flavor. The toppings were very fresh and the bun was good. They must use decent oil because we had pickles, onion rings and french fries and all three are very crisp and very good tasting. We decided after we ate our meal that we would have some ice cream she had the caramel coffee drink and I had the Oreo ice cream? That's kind of like a blizzard... Everyone was friendly. The place was very clean and it had nice restrooms. Stop by and get an old-fashioned burger if you're in town..“

“I ordered a mushroom and swiss burger with bacon. Adding bacon costs $1.99 extra! I just wanted the sandwich and a drink, but the girl taking my order thought I wanted the meal. I didn't realize that until she handed me my bag and there were fries in it. I didn't want to make a big deal about it, so I didn't say anything.“

I spent my 1 to 9 years living with my grandparents about 200 yards from the parking lot of the bar. “When I walked into the store today, Terrance was taking food to a couple at a table and I was watching while I waited for him to return to the counter. This young man was so pleasant with the guests. He then came to wait on me and while doing so was taking care of customers on his headset as well. He has OUTSTANDING customer service and should be commended for it.“

“Came in at 7pm on a Monday and there was no wait and the dining room was maybe to 25% capacity which made for a quiet ambiance. The decor inside is very clean and classy. (No pictures of the food because it felt beneath the dignity of the vibe to whip my phone out and start taking pictures) Food was great! We had the caprese salad to start. The spinach was crisp and a little spicy, the olives were flavorful, the mozzarella and the avocado were firm. The pesto sauce they put on the tomatoes is awesome! Had the mushroom ravioli and the strip steak. The steak was great and cooked exactly as requested. The ravioli was also good. The sun dried tomatoes were good but there was a lot of them. The service was less than expected for the price point of the menu. Server did not know if they had a Cabernet (they do not) Also did not know what bourbons were available and we had to choose from what bottles we could see/recognize behind the bar from our table (They do have Woodford Reserve 😉) Asked for A1 sauce and it was brought to me in a little plastic cup with a lid on it like it came from the carry out stock (I don’t even know if they have carry out) Thought it was super weird for a $32 steak 🤷🏼‍♀️ Server came half way through eating and asked if we wanted any other drinks; when we said no she came back with our bill and told us there was no rush. Thought it was nice of her to allow us to finish eating before we paid 😏 We weren’t going to order dessert anyway (not that she asked 😏) but they had some REALLY tempting choices. May come back just for the desserts and lattes 🍮“

“Most times very good, but tonight our fish tasted like it was overcooked. Very tough. Everything else was okay. Did a pickup and they had us pull over. Said it had about 5 minutes, bought it out 15 to 20 minutes later!“

“we drove an hour and a half to meet family here.Everything was lovely with the exception that we experienced an issue with a gift card.Ww were told by our cashier that it had to be handled online so tried that after arriving back home with no success.Called back to the store and a lovely lady by the name of Shauna stepped up to help...it was a long story but she took care of it in the nicest way.Found out she is the GM,if every establishment had employees like her....the whole world would run much more smoothly.We WILL return.“

“Everything about my experience was perfect!!! I had quick seating, quick service by friendly staff. Absolutely perfect ribeye grilled to perfection. Several check backs by wait staff during my meal. There isn’t anything they could have done to improve my dining experience!!!“

“I’ll give Lee’s 4 stars. I’ve been eating at Lee’s since I was little but stopped for years due to the chicken tasting gooey rather than crunchy. Decided to give it a chance again and I was pleasantly surprised– hot crunchy chicken with a side of savory mashed potatoes, macaroni and delicious sweet tea. It has improved! This may be an instance where how good the food is on that day depends on who is working and cooking but last time I had it was delicious and I’m excited to go back!“
