“The restaurant = awesome. The employees are friendly and able to think. I did a mobile order and they recognized that it may have been me by how I stood back in the store.
Food = Good. It was just as expected. But had to wait for more nuggets to cook. Which when eating was random hot nugget (??) then cold nugget (??). The earlier nuggets should have gotten a quick dip in the fryer for a second or 2 just to warm them.
App = a frustrating waste of time. It wouldn't complete my order nor would it clarify the issue. The website was able to get it to work. So the app went off my phone. I'll use that website in the future. Same thing just with an easier format.“
“This is my favorite Wendy's location. We have one in London, Ohio where I live, but I prefer to stop at this one instead. The food is always hot & fresh and I never have to wait very long for it. The Biggie Bag is one of my most frequent orders. I get the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, Nuggets, French Fries, & Drink- all for what? $6.12?- which to me is a very affordable price. 👌“
