Wendy's in Hilliard

“Tuesday night about 9:30 p.m. I pulled up to the drive-thru. I gave a little prayer that we may get a hot sandwich and hot fries for most trips through the drive through don't go well. Not just Wendy's but most restaurants. OMG!!!
THE TEAM THAT WAS WORKING TONIGHT HIT THIS ONE OUT OF THE PARK!
Sandwich was so juicy it ran down my arm!! Fries HOT!!!

“I'm a 15 year old who currently works as a fast food employee, and I'm here giving my honest opinion. I actually love this location usually quick, and employees are sweet, typically clean in there. But I also though about giving them a 1 star because of this one specific employee I don't know the name but I came here last week, I was waiting for my order to be taken and I here this older employee yell, she starts cussing saying how she hates people whenever they take a while to order and like to said I get that as a fast food employee too but there should be NO reason that she should be yelling it out loud to where other customers can here it. As I'm waiting she comes up to me gets ready to take my order, she asks what I wannt and I start telling her, she puts her hand in my face I pause and she says wait stop talking to me and she walks off. This dude starts apologizing about the way she was acting and immediately takes my order. He takes my order in a very respectful way, he didn't make it hard he just apologized and took my order and I'm glad. Then they say sorry we're out of lemonade she's (as in the order employee) is getting it. She starts saying how she's tired of this stupid trap. I told the dude look it's fine I can just get a regular fountain I don't care at all it's just a drink. He eventually still gives it to me and apologizes. As I'm waiting for my food though this is the worst part, the old lady comes back to take this old couples order and an old guy was saying how he wants a sweet tea with lemonade. The old employee said we'll were out of lemonade so your going to have to do it by yourself over there at the drink machines. The older guy was like oh okay are you able to just give me a tea then. The older employee groans and says okay what size and he was like ummm I will take a- she immediantly cuts him off and yells again asking what size he wanted. In a very mean tone. Other than that place is pretty nice and my favorite employee is the girl with the long blonde pony tail. 5 star for all of the employees but the older mean one.“
