“Idk this might be the best Wendys in columbus.. I went today and man i was nervous at first like oh man lunch rush. Cars were wrapped around the building. When i say they were quick. I dont think i was in line over 5 mins. When i got my food both the young lady at the window and the Gentleman at the window were awesome. Very pleasant. You don’t receive great customer service like that especially on this side of town. But my food was very fresh. OMG like was it truck day..lol But i would come to this one and skip every wendys on the way just to receive the same great quality service again. Keep up the great work. Whoever does the hiring has a great first shift!“

“Fantastic experience, particularly when everyone was hungry after the closing of a very busy Walmart store just walking distance from this Wendy’s restaurant. Super friendly staff, exceptionally high, refresh, super hot, french fries, made to order burger, sandwiches, and perfectly prepared chocolate frosty shakes – – all of these positives definitely contributed to a scenario that triggered a customer, friendly and customer care driven atmosphere. The drive-through window operator was most personable when the toy for the kids meal did it seem to function. Without any question or hesitation whatsoever, immediate replacement and a free chocolate junior frosty was the response. Wonderful customer service again. Well done!“

“I prefer fish sandwiches over chicken or beef from fast food restaurants. McDonald's fish filet reigned supreme for the longest...It was my mom's fav order, then it became mine.
but Wendy's! you've outdone yourself. I don't know why I didnt try the Pacific cod sooner. 100/10. The crunchiness of the panko crusted cod alongside the soft and sweet brioche bun was truly mouth watering and tasty! I just wish this was on the menu year round.“

“I had such a wonderful experience at this Wendy’s! From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well-run. What really stood out, though, was the incredible customer service I received from Tanner. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, greeted me with a genuine smile, and treated me like a valued guest. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes that much pride in their work, but Tanner truly did.

“This Wendy’s is amazing with good food quality, fast service, and great dining room. 4 for 4 was my favorite fast food combo, but it becomes $6 now. Fried chicken is always crispy. Sauces and fountain drinks are unlimited. WiFi is available.“

“They do a good job and everything but every time I go through the drive thru, it takes them like 5 minutes to say anything at all. They don’t reply if you try to get their attention unless you raise your voice. It’s a little frustrating… otherwise it’s still a good location.“

“Much much better at night. Down to one because the rest got fired. Obviously. I forget her name but the only one there overnight did her best tonight at 2:15 am. She informed that she closes for an hour to clean from 2am-3am. Tonight unfortunately a bunch of orders from door dash were stolen but mine was a mobile order. Dont be lazy better go get your food....while its fresh. When its stolen? Its no one's fault but yours. Only yours. For trusting door dash and uber eats. This great place. Now with only good apples. “Great customer service, food was fresh without me having to ask. This employer needs a raise! I believe her name tag was Ariel? She was very respectful. I only had an issue maybe 2-3 times at this location and it was because the manager not sure what her name is but she was very disrespectful and Ariel handled it like she was the manager! Calmed everything down and took care of it!“

“The staff was nice, we ate here while displaced and they never tried to usher us out or hurry us. We even stayed there all afternoon and evening one day just to stay indoors.

We would order our dine-in food through the app and it would take like 5-10 minutes to be ready. Was never messed up that I remember, they did have to substitute the thin mints flavoring on my frosty once but that's not a big deal.

Food was straight up Wendy's food, good chicken and burgers but nothing that's going to blow your socks off just a solid fast food choice all the time. Pound for pound best food per dollar spent for a fast food chain imo.

Im taking a star off because it seemed like they never paid any attention to the coke machine or the condiment and other items area. The nozzle and grate thst you put your cup to fill your drink never looked fully cleaned and since that one nozzle always had all of the syrups for the 900 flavors in the coke remix machine it got nasty quick. And the spill catch overflow grate was always sticky. The ketchup and condiment counter was always kinda gross as well.“

“Night staff at this Wendy’s is absolute top tier. I come here often, sometimes late at night shortly before closing, and they always tend to me promptly, and with a smile. This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, and everyone that works the night shift deserves a raise.“

“The pickerington location is good but not even close in comparison to the upper Arlington location , its the lack of cleanliness and childlike atmosphere amongst the staff in the back talking that caught my attention at pickerington that stood out & not in a good way to me , Upper Arlington location , CLEAN , PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLET FOOD, EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK - EXCELLENCE!!!
Ive been to Pickerington location a few times now , and that is what I am basing my reveiw off of , 1 out the 3 visits there was all 5 star , he other 2 visits were sub par, management needs to send some of their own people in that are not known on a unannounced day to see very clearly what Im talking about and address the issues!
I love 1st watch , and that is why Im leaving this reveiw because someone needs to say something to bring these matters to a resolve and bring the standards up to 1st Watches core Value standards!“

“This place used to be one of the best. Unfortunately, the employee with the thick hair at the register is very rude and disrespectful. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience with him. He even forced us to leave exactly at 10:00 PM because they were closing. His attitude is unprofessional and has ruined what used to be a great place to visit.“

“The Human associates on the 8:30pm shift have always been GREAT! Very detail oriented. Food is always hot and freshly made. THE Ai digital assistant in the drive thru SUCKS! We are in the future, it’s now. But the Ai assistant does not speed up the process/drive thru line. It cannot figure out “a number 1 with bacon”- you will get into a verbal altercation with the Ai assistant and probably catch a case as it keeps interrupting you not allowing you to finish your order. This is not a comolicTed order either, I come here every two weeks around 8:30pm.

Thankfully the staff inside will double check and correct the order (if you ask them to).

Food is great. Mainly just wanted to give feedback that the ai assistant can ruin someone’s day if you’re already on the brink of an emotional meltdown, don’t come this Wendy’s because ol’ drive thru Ai will push you over the edge“

it seems that every restaurant I go to an employee is always digging in the trash
Not only that, but this man awkwardly stares at me and my friends as we order our food and use the bathroom on our road trip
I understand that it was busy, but my order was wrong-they did in fact forget which dressings I had ordered and gave me two ranch when I would’ve rather preferred a Caesar and a vinaigrette
Besides these facts, this Wendy’s was delightful…
It seems as new and up-to-date with the newest technologies, two family bathrooms, and they share the sink outside in the main dining area. It had romantic lighting, and the employees encouraged more than just a carry out order- they made the space feel safe-except the guy who was digging in the trash and staring at my female friends and I.

“I went to get the SpongeBob Krabby Patty Meal. I was expecting to get a sandwich, that tried to bring the often imagined sandwich to real life. It did not. It was basically a Dave's single with "Special sauce ". The Pineapple 🍍 frosty is bomb though!“

“First time being at this wendys. Decided to stop while on a work trip and I will say, the staff was absolutely sweet, very helpful, very polite. The cleanliness of the establishment was amazing. The service was super fast! I ordered and before I could get my drink filled my food was already ready. Fresh fries, and hot burgers. Next time I'm in the area, I will most definitely being stopping here again! Great job employees, and management!“

“Overall standard Wendy’s experience. This location is one I frequent a lot and they have a habit of closing early or “running out of food” by 11pm, so late night isn’t exactly late night here.During the day however. Never had any issues

“Straight up heat for a Wendy's. Most other Wendy's are hit or miss. This one was delicious. Perfectly seasoned slightly crunchy fries, fresh bun, fresh veggies on the burger, mayo was tasty as well. Quick service too. Very pleased“

“This store is good even though the staff is low so anyone who got an issue with how they have to wait then maybe give cooking at the house a chance before coming to a fast food restaurant ordering a lot of food or coming to a restaurant taking ur sweet time just to eat a burger or something u can cook at home“

“Upon getting our food after a 5min wait for breakfast wedges to go with our combo we notice the wedges had very little in the box and theamager was very sweet, quick to resolve and gave us another so it would even out! So many other fastfood places could use a mgr like her, outstanding! The gentleman at the 1st window was very kind and even apologized that breakfast was just picking up so potatoes would be a wait and asked if we may want to replace the wedges even!“

“I just had the most positive experience! While the line was really busy (lunch time), the person taking the orders was so friendly and correctly took my order and even double checked that they had the drink flavor that I wanted. The person taking the money really kind as well. But my favorite part, my food is FRESH! My burger and fries and chicken nuggets are all hot. The fries are actually fried and not uncooked. “i always dread coming to this wendy’s, the last few times i’ve been it took 25+ minutes to get through the drive through line and i was missing stuff from each order, and the staff was pretty unpleasant. i haven’t tried it in awhile so i cautiously placed a mobile order and came back today and was pleasantly surprised. the young man at the drive through window was quick and efficient, i was picking up food for my coworker and i on my lunch break and he saw i was by myself so he put my two drinks in a drink carrier right off the bat. handed me my food and i was good to go. i was checking the bag on my way back to work and realized i was missing my 10 piece. i was pretty annoyed driving back there but thats what i get for not checking before i left. i got back and the drive through line was long so i parked and started walking in. a different gentleman came running outside with my 10 piece and apologized, he said he tried running after me before i left the parking lot but traffic is always so bad on livingston it’s hard to turn left out of the parking lot so when i saw my chance i quickly took it, so he was unable to catch me. he kept an eye out for me and met me outside with my nuggets before i made it in the door, bubbly and apologetic and told me to have a good day. they were hot and fresh as was the rest of our food. i am pleasantly satisfied with my wendy’s trip today. thanks guys :)“

“Today 12/27/24 12:00 pm shift is killing it today (in a great way). I just ate an amazing sandwich with fries (7). 100% fresh like how we know Wendy’s to be. The cheese was not infused into a soggy tomato and limp lettuce. This reminded me of when I was a kid (minus the umbrella like bun). I will never argue for a short wait for fresh food. Wow“
